What are your three best revenue months of the year?

With the summer doldrums all around us, compounded by turmoil in the marketplace, especially the poker marketplace recently, I thought it made sense to put some focus on what months of the year are the good months.

So, for this weeks poll let's take a look at what months of the year you find are your best producing months. Pick your top three and vote for them. Or you could vote for four months if you feel there are four months that are your best months, or two if there are just a couple that stand out as being good months from your perspective.

And share with us the stories about what months those are, and why you feel you have historically done better in particular months.

I went back and looked at Casino City affiliate revenue each month for the last three years, and I found that the best three months overall were January, March, and April.

The worst month for us is July, which overall has about 37% less revenue than the average of January, March, and April for us. The second worst month for us is June, but is is actually much better, being off 18% from the average for the highest three months.

Just to be clear, the month's I'm referencing above are the months in which the revenue is earned, not the month paid. So, for example, affiliate earnings being lowest in July means affiliate cash receipts are the lowest in August.

Just checked back and in the last year my best months were January, April and July. It seems to change year on year but traditionally December and January were always my strongest two months.

For me... December, January and February. I'm mostly sports betting though.

January is by far the best month every year. February is usually still strong, but then it drops off until football season where our next best months are October and November.

Every year the best months change. So I don't believe the 'best months' anymore.

This month to date has actually be the best, but then the sites are still growing

May has been a strong month the last few years, along with March. The summer doldrums seem to have passed me by this year, May, June and July have been my strongest months this year. December has also been consistently strong year to year, but not my biggest month. With Bingo, you can the traffic is very in-tune with school breaks and sunny weather. The last few summers have been really damp here in the UK., which I'm sure has helped keep the summer from being a lot quieter than it could have been.
