Maybe this will help....

The Balkan Nations and the Southeastern European Nations
  • Republic of Macedonia
  • Serbia and Montenegro
  • Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • Bulgaria
  • Albania
  • Croatia (sometimes)
  • Slovenia (sometimes)
These regional definitions vary somewhat from source to source. It is also important to keep in mind that "Eastern Europe" is an overarching term for regions that may be more specifically classified as something else.

Hi Everyone,

As you can see.... I'm from Sunny Bulgaria. I really don't felt well when I readed above things but I will forgive you Thepokerkeep....

There are a lots of bad things around (thanks to the communists) but we are nice people and our country is beutiful and I think that 1300 years of history is not less...

In the past we have been the biggest country in Europe and our boarders were on three seas if you can get my point

So again I'm from "Eastern Europe - Bulgaria

By the way if someone has interest I could post some pictures from the old and new times as I can write some history facts...

Cheers everyone,

Dobromir

No forgiveness is necessary Dobromir since I was not slighting you or your country.
My post was in response to the prior posts made by other members who were having a disagreement as to which part of Europe certain countries were actually located. It was not intended as an opinion or a slight it was merely an attempt to give some clarity to the issue.

Regards,
