I wish that CASINO-GAMES-INTERNET(dot)COM cancell these words from its website.

I see the text you are referring to. It's in your description (meta tags), not actually published on your site. I'm not sure you have copyright protection on meta tag (description) text.

You may want to contact the owner and ask him/her to remove or reword the text since it is obviously copied directly from your tags. The grammatical errors make that clear.

You may also want to contact Google and ask them to look into it.

Perhaps someone else has other suggestions???

You simply don't have the domain over your favorite keywords. I realize it's frustrating to have your sites fall for your targeted keywords BUT you can't get mad at someone for using your same keyword terms.

You can however make sure that they don't plagerize your work. Even if they had the exact same keyword density you should not expect to have a "right".

Try to make a better site. increase your incoming links and provide unique quality content.

Also, Google may be fluctuating in the SERPS. That could also be a reason for you losing your SERP placement.

You make a good point. I would like to add to it by noting that Casino City was the first directory of land-based and online casinos. Thus I would request that ALL OF CASINO CITY'S COMPETITION PLEASE STOP CREATING ANY DIRECTORIES THAT INCLUDE LISTS OF LAND-BASED OR ONLINE CASINOS. WE WERE THERE FIRST.
