You are correct that what was done is a copyright violation. However, on a severity scale for copyright violations, this is a fairly weak violation. Further, the copyright violation could be corrected without significantly effecting search engine positioning, and thus the benefit to you of having the copyright violation corrected is likely to be fairly insignificant.

If I were you, I would probably decide to let the person who had taken my material know, and would request that they change it so that it was not infringing. But this would be a philosophical decision, and not a decision based on the economic return to me of spending my time doing so.

I repeat : her website don't have one section about payment and news......

That just made me laugh out loud quite literally...more so from the unexpected response by you Michael....well played

Help you..obv you and this person are in competition with each other. Having a casinos software guidelisted in their tags does not mean that they are copying you for better placement. They could be adding this section soon but is getting a jump start with their tags. Myself I am doing the same thing for the European market. I dont have my section complete as of yet but thats fine because I still want my site to rank for certain phrases.

Also to note that if by chance they did copy your tags...those tags are not the only thing that is giving them the position they have. There are many other factors in place. If it was that easy we would all rank quite well on tags alone. I would stop worrying about what you think they are doing and instead worry about what you are going to do to stay one step ahead.

I think your way off on this one. You cant expect someone to change their plan for their website because they are your compeitor and you are unhappy about them competing with you

My two cents anyway..could be wrong
