I had site off for 2 weeks by mistake and I was really amazed how the b365 registrations did drop much less than expected! Why? Because of the 45 days cookie. If I ever promote WH, I would have to consider strategy "Sign-up now or in 24 hours or you lose the bonus" or some bullshit like that.

Don't wanna put more oil in the fire, but I felt like expressing my views as well. A while ago, some of you are familiar I had problems with payments on monthly bases, forgotten payments, wrong payments, etc. The glass tipped when I was told I was not eligible for commission, because I had a negative from the previous month and I didn't. This was presented to me, by not one, but two managers, which shows how much they check or double check.

I decided to close my account, give up all of my players and get the peace I want, instead of getting angry and chasing payments month after month. Best decision of my life. Don't regret it for a minute.

Let's face it, to decide to cut off ur income, no matter if it's 50$ or 500$ a month, must mean, it's that bad.

Well this is a bit offtopic... I wish I had the same courage in every second of my life, which unfortunatelly is not even close.

Just to give you an update guys I've been working with AFFUTD for about a week now and I've had some questions I raised with my account manager who has been really helpful. So far so good for me, I think it's hit or miss - know some people who do well and have good experiences and these guys. My account manager is Motti and he seems to be on the ball. Will report back after I've had more time with them.

Agree with most of the above especially re: poor customer service, though have historically found William Hill to convert well, and keep players playing. Players I've signed up in 2005 are still playing, which is testament to that fact. I believe it's perceived as a very trustworthy brand by players - especially those in the UK.

I would be happy to contact customer support with this matter but it hasn't got me very far over the last five months has it? Why don't you have a look At my account and see for yourself how much I am getting stitched out of.

funnily enough I just logged in today and noticed more depositing customers. But I guess you wont pay me for them any more, it seem i work for free yeah?

Any idiot would know that if people are moaning on publicly on sites like this, it's because customer service isn't doing a good job.

so if you want to stop me spurting fact about how bad affutd are, then you'd best get working at sorting my money out because I will keep posting until I have this post page rank 1.

PS and if you must know it's every month, just look at the amount I'm earning for this month example, I'm sure 25% of 400 is 100, if you can't do the maths the. Your in the wrong game.

I've had a decent experience with Will Hill, Conversions are good, earnings are good & players keep playing.

My AM Saul Owide, has been spot on from the start and replies to my emails in minutes rather than days.

Thought I would throw in my 2 'penneth' for balance.

AffUtd The worst affiliate company in the world!!!
That is really true, if you donīt bring players in some month, they let you falling down. Kill your deals, give you 5% commission with negativ carry over... why anybody like to promote this brand, most of playtech casinos and affiliate programs are better and have fair conditiones.

    Never promot this brand anymore!!!

It starts with the optical impressions. The slider on the AffUtd website demonstrate the philosophy: Cold as ice.

    Commissions? Measly!

And ... as marvel said, they will hit you:

    6. REVENUE, PAYMENTS AND FEES
    6.1
    [...]
    A. Revenue Reward
    [...]
At any time where 3 calendar months have passed without the Affiliate directing any Customers to the Operator’s Sites, the default Revenue Reward set out in the table above and any other Revenue Reward agreed by the parties in writing at any time shall no longer apply and instead shall be set at 5% of all Online Gaming Products and Sportsbook.
5% on all online gaming products and sportsbook after 3 unlucky months!

"Kill your deals" = "default Revenue Reward set out [...] and any other Revenue Reward agreed by the parties"

The 5% punishment should be added to the highlight page (http://www.gpwa.org/affiliate-program/affiliates-united)

The following must be added to the highlight page:

    7. TERM AND TERMINATION
    [...]
7.1.3 [...] the Operator may immediately terminate this Agreement if it determines, at its sole discretion:
    [...]
    7.1.3.8
that there is no activity in the Affiliate’s account for forty five days, in which case this Agreement will be deemed to have been terminated by the Affiliate without notice.
    45 days only!

As I said ... cold as ice!
And if you say "utterly ruthless", it's still the truth!

    Leopold

    Hi Leopold

this is not a punishment as you described, those are our T&C.
our Job here in the marketing department is to buy new players and pay for them.
if a partner cant send traffic after 3 months the plan is to take the rev share down to 5%, as this is a ruining business.
we also take each case/partner and considering it before we are changing the plan.
please send an email to your Am, i am sure he will be happy to help you if you are ready to go back and send traffic.

Well I have messaged countless people, even sent a screen capture of the problem Im having and im still being ignored.

To be honest My experience is that AffUTD are a bunch of crooks. and they don't mind screwing over as many people as they wish, just so they can make a bigger profit.

If they just spoke to me and dealt with my request, then they wouldn't be having such a hard time.

This is a very interesting sentence from the psychological view. You say, you "buy" new players.
Players or webmasters are not a toy. If your philosophy is to "buy" people, then this is very sad.

Your job is to do a lot of persuading, that webmasters are satisfied. It's a business relationship. Did you forget that? Both parties are equal, and without hard working webmasters many representatives in the industry would be forced to take on part-time jobs like delivering newspapers, babysitting or giving tuition.

Of course, a ruining business ... for the webmaster!
You don't have any costs with an unlucky webmaster!
Don't tell me myths about licenses and other things. Some programs have home made offshore regulators or offshore server anywhere in a bicycle garage and can drink champaign the whole day and are so stupid posting in on Facebook!

Quotas are money greed, nothing more but also nothing less.

Maybe you should not change deals or plans. Maybe you should change your T&C very quickly. Why you don't write one word about e.g. the Sword of Damocles, the 45 days termination (Term 7.1.3.8. )? Under German law this clause will be null and void, because it's an unethical contract.

What makes you think that my family will work with a program, that are treating webmasters and my fellow countrymen like filth? It is completely impossible that we will work for Affiliates United!

More than 10 years ago no program with quotas exist. It's like cancer. The only medicine is naming and shaming programs, who are intoxicated by money greed and have forgotten, that players and webmasters are the most important persons in the industry. Not every program is eaten up by quota cancer.

There are so many decent programs without quotas. You might take inspiration from it.

    But obviously it's too late.

    Hi guys,

It's unfortunate you feel that way, and I respect your point of view, however, I would like to put a few general points across:

    - Dropping % on a deal that does not deliver traffic/players for a few months is common practice in our industry nowadays.
    - I understand you can find a few companies out there who wouldn't drop your %.
However, it's a company's prerogative to change terms of a deal if the other side is not keeping his end of the deal (sending
players/traffic), as long as it is stated and clarified on it's T&Cs
    - Those of you who stay in touch with us, know we do show a lot of flexibility when it comes to that clause, and if any of the
affiliates who have been dropped will contact their AM with new options for traffic or players, we would be happy to consider
keeping him on his current deal.

    Thanks,
