As I am sure you are all aware the Affiliate Statistics have been unavailable to you for the last 10 days.


We at William Hill appreciate the inconvenience it has caused and would like to Thank all of you for your patience during this time.


Due to this and as a goodwill gesture to show our thanks we would like to offer an additional CPA of $50 for every casino player brought over the total amount of casino players brought for October & a further $25 CPA for additional bingo players brought over the total amount of bingo players accumulated for October.


This is irrespective of what deal you are on.


In order to be eligible for this offer you will have to contact your Affiliate Manager so they can be aware of the deal. It will not be implemented for you if this is not done.

This is the weird bit with William Hill and Aff Utd - no-one seems to be in charge, or have a structure in order to maintain control. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing ... and each and every affiliate manage seem to operate independantly.

Why on earth would affiliates need to tell affiliate managers about a promotional offer that THE PROGRAM has announced?

The whole set-up at William Hill is a mess ...

Is this offer really meant to apply to "players brought for October"? If so, payments are due out today so there's not much time to "contact your Affiliate Manager so they can be aware of the deal"

Guys, the offer is for players brought in November.
It is for an increase on players from October. So if you brought 1 Casino FD in October and 10 in November then you would get an extra $450 on top of whatever revenue you generated in November. The reason that you have to make your affiliate manager aware of this deal is so that he can write it up and set it up with finance.

He is completely aware of this deal and if you are in regular contact with him he will mention it to you anyway.

Guys this is a goodwill offering, and not something you are obliged to sign up to we just hope you do.

Well thats very nice - now who is my aff manager - were they fired - are they still there , have they been replaced . When are William Hill going to leave this shambolic piece of software that they are on and move to something decent . That would be the ultimate gesture of goodwill me thinks .

so if you don't tell your AM then you don't get the extra bonus. That is a little bit misleading for people who got the email but might have read it quickly like myself.

Imagine many affiliates will do this, generate players then ask for their extra commission. When this is denied it will make those affiliates more bitter towards the program.

If they wanted to make a goodwill gesture, they should of publicised everywhere (forums, emails, blogs etc) - so only affiliates who ask for it will get it? That's wrong.

It does seem a bit strange to have to ask to be included. I would've thought an automatic awarding of this bonus would generate better publicity.

Diabolical software run by an outfit that can not be trusted. No amount of bribing could get me to promote them. Move it back to Europe and get an in-house team working with reliable, trusted affiliate software. I was telephoned by an affiliate manager there yesterday and I told him how I could not trust the software or the people running it so I had stopped promoting them. I was told I was the ONLY affiliate to say this to them. I told him to read the forums.

I'm not going to PM anything, I will just wait until I get a reply from the email I sent. I got the manager's contact details directly from the Aff Utd control panel, so if those details are wrong then they should be fixed ASAP. If they're not wrong then my manager must just be too busy to reply

I had a long telephone conversation with David Bazak, William Hill head of affiliates, today. He reassured me on the main issue we were concerned with, namely the credibility of the statistics and the affiliate software. He also provided evidence that one extraordinary set of statistics that related to our specific affiliate account was indeed genuine. As a result, we will reintroduce the promotion of William Hill to our sites.

i had two Ams within minutes apart email me asking if i would work with them. Funny thing was one of them asked me to list them for the month of June. I told him were now in October and June has past. Both did not reply when i responded to their requests.

Don't book your Christmas outing just yet, because the promotion is only for the number of new depositors THIS month OVER the number last month - so if you had a record amount of players last month then you'll need to set an even higher record this month to get anything from the promotion, at least according to what was written earlier in the thread :
