For those who don't know, Eilon from Casino Pays has begun to give us a great and improved flow of communication and contact with Casino Pays. I recall that they have been at the center of a few disputes over time and one of the major issues was normally communication. This also applied where webmasters wrote their reps about copied content and their e-mails went unanswered before.

I see this as a tremendous step forward. The Affiliate Program has great leverage and can bring about amicable change. Well done Eilon! CCJ has been copied many a time, and by helping here, you have done much good for our perception of Casino Pays I think.

We are very glad to see Casino Pays respond to this post and were pleasantly surprised. We were actually waiting for www.bestonlinecasinotips.com to add more casinos that we could contact and that would take action.

I just wanted to update on the content theft issue,

I have made several attempts to contact this affiliate with no luck.

I will give this affiliate few more days to respond and if i will not be able to get a hold of him i will disable his account untill the content will be changed.

In anyway i will keep update on this issue,

IMO you should kick his/her butt to the curb & close the account permantly

It's pricks like this that are screwing this industry for all honest webmaster, that also includes affiliate programs too. If this crook doen't care about stealing someone else's property rights, then I dare say he/she wont give two hoots about initiating other dubious scallywag practices.

It's just brilliant though to have the larger Affiliate Programs standing behind the honest webmaster.

There are still a few (very few) who won't attempt to discipline their transgressing affiliate, but the good support offered here really gives me faith for the future.

That is decisive and WILL bring about the desired changes. I have no doubt they won't work for free. CCJ's domain will return to exclusivity thanks to your efforts.

You know, I just spent a fortune buying uniquely written reviews plus I wrote an equal amount of my own. I am totally burnt out by the work but satisfied at the same time. To have someone simply walk in and take it, well let's just say it's an insult of the highest degree.

Hello Eilon,

Thank you for keeping me posted and for suspending their account. We find when Affiliate Managers get involved, it works best. It sends a strong message, especially when their accounts are closed or suspended.

There are affiliate programs out there that have "Content Theft" clauses in their terms and conditions. Those that do can be found on our site at http://www.casinocashjourney.com/copyscape.htm.

BigB and wager2winUK, we completely agree with you. When you work thousands and thousands of hours on your site, the last thing you want to see is someone take your material.

I have a list of people/sites that have taken my material and I check them on a regular basis.
