anyway so you can find that link and page today too on the domain name casinoroom and you can today promote 20 freespin on banners in the affiliateaccount but people dosent get it when them signs up!

The reason that some groups do special affiliate promotions is to try and give the affiliates something special to advertise on their sites that standard advertsing sold in media buys etc is not available.

I am surprised that the customer service didn't go ahead and give you the promo anyway since you clearly were drawn to the site based upon that specific promo, but the fact that the promo exists or that it is restricted to signups from affiliates is not where the issue is.

You should get a hold of your affiliate manager and explain what happened and have them look into it, to see if customer service could have handled it differently.

Having a promo that is offered strictly by affiliates such as yourself can give players that extra incentive to seek out an affiliate's portal, or maybe even make a player much more loyal to you and your website.

First in live support chat him say you are tagged to a affiliate and I think "ofcourse I are beacuse this is a special promotion"

Later in mail him write you have not been member on right way... maybe that affiliate pay self for the freespin etc... I dont know...them should tell me that... not only you get not the freespin... I have not time sit and wait days and talk with affiliate manager etc about this...them should have give me that 20 freespin (€4) and I will was member there...

thats some are worst are them dosent care about it now...them let people right now promote 20 freespin etc... thats sux!
