They seem to post your link as an exchange and then remove it when they start ranking on the terms. They have recently removed all their blackjack sites.

If you look at the page that content doesn't exist and yet it did in the cache version of the page.

From what I could tell all links were removed....and thus they are ranking on many of our terms and descriptions without providing a link back to us.

If I had it my way, ALL webmasters would follow a code of ethics that included the fact that any content they had on their sites would be their own and not something they took from someone else.

Clearly (it appears) that this person had all intention of using the content of others....otherwise, why did they remove all the links to those they used the content from?

I have been living the same nightmare. I have a long list of webmasters who seem to violate this very idea you are talking about.

I have only exposed a few and yet they continue on exploiting honest webmasters to to serve their own ends. The site you have mentioned is a high profile webmaster who has takin the dirty path for the last couple of years already.

In the coming year I am hoping to do my part in cleaning up this pathetic mess. The content takin by xxplayonline65.com is minimal compared to some of the stuff I have seen.
I am not downplaying your complaint, theft is theft!

I agree that I also hae seen much worse than the above mentioned site....BUT when I saw that all inks had been removed, I knew that this had affected many...

Move this site to your blacklist and never exchange links with him. I'll also remember him that never exchange links.
