Here's the e-mail interview message I sent YouTeller:
Florian,
Thanks for agreeing to answer questions via e-mail. The public is very curious about YouTeller.com and this interview will go a long way to answering many questions and clearing up some misconceptions.
[quote]1. Who is Seed Capital Ltd.? When was it founded? Who created it? And for what purpose was it created?
2. When did Seed Capital decide start Youteller.com? Why did it want to enter the third-party payment processing industry, especially with such giants as NETeller and PayPal Euorpe already in place?
3. Who is running YouTeller.com? What experience does its management have in running an e-wallet? What businesses have its founders run previously?
4. Rumors have been running rampant that former NETeller executives are behind the startup of YouTeller. Who are the key executives at YouTeller? Who is on the board? And are any key contributors former NETeller employees?
5. One of the withdrawal options listed on your site is to deposit to a credit card. Does that mean you will be providing a credit card and then funding it?
6. Could you please explain the reasoning behind the 150 euro limit for accounts and transactions? Was there a higher limit you considered that could still avoid the friendly to terrorist designation? How was the 150 euro mark decided?
7. Are there any plans to increase the maximum account and transaction limits in the future?
8. How do you plan on responding to NETeller's trademark challenge? Are you planning on changing the site's name?
9. Will you be offering an option similar to NETeller's Instacash?
Thanks in advance for answering these question. I'm looking forward to your response.
