Youwin not giving UK players the bonus?

Hi there, read this review on another site

Signed up with this site as they were offering a free 25 Euro bet. When I enquired as to why I did not receive my free bet I was told the UK was not legible for this offer along with about 50 other countries even though the offer was shown on the UK site. Would have been easier to list the countries that were legible. I am also unable to withdraw my winnings. This site is a scam. Be warned!!!!

Is the UK or is it not eligible for this free bet? I'd like to know before I put them up on my site. Thanks

Hi Joert,

For a few months the UK was not eligible for the uk bonus, but we have since amended out Terms and conditions to include the UK, we now also offer GBP for UK customers as well. The bonus for the UK is 100% up to 25 GBP/Euro.

If you'd like to let me know where the customer posted this, we'll make an attempt to contact him.

UK players can claim the free bet. Youwin binned it off months ago for UK players but brought it back soon after

Yes UK customers are no longer eligible for our welcome bonus at the moment.

However our £10 free bet for mobile users, 100% football multiples bonus and NBA cash back offers are valid for UK customers.

relatively small/unknown bookie in the market gets rid of welcome bonus when every other bookmaker has one. Why would anyone bother joining?

There must be some genius heads in the marketing department at Youwin....

Just to address the above issues.

Bonus: We currently offer competitive welcome offers in all our core territories (Germany, Canada, Turkey). We did trial a bonus in the UK during the European Championships earlier this year and pending a software upgrade, we could start offering a bonus to UK customers very soon again. We still get a healthy number of signups from this market, mainly punters that look for good odds etc.

Withdrawal time: Is there a specific case you had in mind? I'd be more than happy to look into this for you if there is an unresolved issue. However our current payout time averages less than 24 hours , some payouts are as even quick as 1 hour after the initial request.

Site speed: Our site is actually a lot quicker than most major betting sites, you can test this yourself. But if you are experiencing problems, please let me know – I’m here to help with any issues that you may have.

elaine, I was joking on the sitcom scene and having a larf (except for the part about the lack of a signup bonus)- And the odds aren't THAT great at Youwin, being a fairly active punter myself.

Actually, could you ask management if they'd be interested in sitcom based on the Youwin marketing department? We could call it 'Youwin youlose' or something. I know Larry David, so he can co-write it with me. Karl Pilkington can play the boss, Ricky Gervais can play the CEO. It'll be all about how to alienate customers and affiliates who have bothered to write reviews for your site and then pulling your bonus - a kind of 'Producers' of the online gambling world where they're trying to bring the company down from the inside.

in fact, lets just call it 'the office two'
