    Zodiac casino withdraw issues

    Hello....i have an account with zodiac casino. i have deposited 1$,received a 20$ bonus, made the playthrough and the withdrawed 400$....everything was ok until i ve requested a withdrawall.....two days after i requested the withdrawall, when i was waiting for my money, the told me that my account is blocked!!!!


    i ve sent the an email, but they didn't answered to me until now....it passed 5 days!!!! what shall i do!???


    please help me!!! i will go to the Haga court of justice because this is discrimination and racism because i am from Romania!!!


    please tell me what shall i do, and please check my case.....

    i have received an email from you that my withdrawall was not processed and my founds were confiscated because i have multiple accounts!


    You must know that i have only one account!!!!! this is:



    Two days ago i have registered at your casino. I have deposited 1$ and received 20$ bonus. After meeting the requirements for the bonus i have withdrawed 400$.
    I mention the fact that i have made my account from home, from my personal computer, i have played at video slots until i have met the requirements for the bonus and then i have withdrawed 100$. In the same night, when i went to the work, i just wanna play again and i ve canceled my withdrawall and played again from my work computer. You must know that at my working place we have a internet provider who gives the same external ip adress for all the computers. BUT, I MENTION AGAIN!!! I HAVE MADE MY ACCOUNT FROM MY PERSONAL COMPUTER FROM HOME ( YOU CAN CHECK IT ....IT IS ONLY ONE ACCOUNT CREATED FROM THAT IP AND COMPUTER AND THAT ACCOUNT IS MINE.....) AND I HAVE PLAYED AFTER I HAVE UNLOCK THE BONUS FOUNDS FROM MY WORKING PLACE ( HERE IT CAN BE ANOTHER ACCOUNT WHICH IS NOT MINE, BUT I DIDN'T BREAK YOUR RULES.....). THE BONUS WAS REQUESTED FROM MY HOME.....JUST ONE TIME.....AND THE WAGERING REQUIREMENTS WERE MET FROM MY HOME......WHEN I PLAYED FROM MY WORKING PLACE I DIDN'T SOLICITATE ANY BONUS!!!!!!!!

    I have spoken today with Alejandro from live support and he told me that i must send you some documents in order to process my withdrawall!!!

    so i have attached my ID CARD, a copy of one of my utility bils and a screenshot of my moneybookers account!!!!

    SO, IF YOU DON'T JUDGE MY CASE CORECTLY, I WILL ANOUNCE THE INTERNET POLICE FRAUD AND ALL THE GAMBLING ASOCIASION,
    BECAUSE I THINK YOU ARE RACISTS. YOU HAVE BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I AM FROM ROMANIA!!!!

    I don't think it matters where you opened your account only, but also the ip's you use anytime you access your account. If you played from work and other people also play from your work, then that complicates things since you were still technically playing on the bonus. I mean, you had not already had that withdrawal request approved. Could there be others where you work that would also be playing online casinos and receiving this bonus?

    but i've made the playthrough requirements, so all my money in my account were withdrawable.....in Terms and Conditions doesn;t say that i can't play from another computer!! it sais only that i must have only 1 account from same computer/ip and i must request only 1 bonus from same computer/ip!!! and i didn;t break that rules....

    i've played from other computer after i met the requirements for the bonus....and i didn't solicitate other bonus!!!

    Just because you made the playthru doesn't mean it's withdrawable. Yes it is withdrawable if you've made playthru and met all terms and conditions of the bonus. You know what term they have a problem with, since said something to you about multiple accounts. I'm assuming when you were playing at work, it wasn't from a new 2nd deposit, but the same deposit/bonus from home. So even if you didn't ask for a new bonus from work, you're still playing with a bonus.

    It seems like there should be some way to clear this up unless there were a lot of other people also playing from your work ip, and maybe also playing with new accounts and bonus money. It would be harder if that's the case.

    i told to Risk Management Team at CasinoRewards that i will give them all the documents they want, all they want to prove that i didn't break the rules but they didn't answer!!!

    Online Casinos dont really care where you are from - to accuse them of this is you simply trying to be dramatic. I would apologise to them if i was you. You cant simply go around making unfounded accusations.

    It is my opinion that most Online Casinos will deny a cash in for a valid reason in most instances , and when there is doubt you need to co operate with them to resolve the situation.

    Casino Rewards

    Same thing happened to me this past week, except the delusion of racism. I have just had internet installed, Received a disc in the post. deposited one pound, withdrew 180. returned to my account to find it was blocked. when I asked why I was told to call the risk management team. I have still not managed to reach them as their hours of work have changed every time I call. I had to speak with customer service advisers that will not give me much information. The first two people I discussed this with were very rude, sarcastic and condescending (definitely not racist however) until I reached one called Robert who seemed genuine. Robert said that what is happening to my account is a random procedure carried out and not to worry.

    It will not be a surprise then if the same thing happens to me despite the fact that:

    This house has only had broadband installed in the last week
    I have never used any of their subsidiaries
    If I did then I should have been informed before activation of my account or bonuses
    I played by their rules, there are no other account holders in this household and the broadband is not wireless, it is directly connected
    I was sent a confirmation of withdrawal receipt via email (according to the second person on chat, this is not a confirmation but rather a per-confirmation not legally bound in any way)
    I sent an email five days ago that the adviser assured me would be answered within 48 hours (later to become 'working' hours)

    I have all the chats and telephone conversations saved, the oddest one is the first when they told me the call center was situated in Australia then America. There are several inconsistencies in every chat I have had except with this Robert guy. Still, I believe that I will not receive my winnings or an honest answer as to why they are doing this to me. I was looking forward to spending the winnings on my son and not to sound like I am putting on a sob story, I will not tell you of my difficulties. one pound was all i could afford to gamble, I really had my hopes up when I realized I had played through the bonus and could use that money this Christmas.

    I've spoken to risk management and they told me that your account was being reviewed which is standard procedure. The problem was that there was an issue with one of the MGS review tools so they were unable to complete it until it was fixed overnight.

    I've been told your payment will be processed today so you will receive it within the next couple of days, depending on your withdrawal method.

    Problem with zodiac casino
    Hi i signed up to zodiac deposited a £1 and got 20 i then won and withdrew 450£ after wagering alot more . i had an email today saying
    We would like to inform you that your cashin and account has been blocked due to a breach of the Bonus Account Terms and Conditions of the casino.

    For more information please look under Bonus Account Terms and Conditions include >> Point 13

    “The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings for irregular play. ‘Irregular play’ includes but is not limited to any one or more of the following types of play:

    2.Using the double-up feature to increase bet values;

    Therefore, the winnings are void and have been confiscated. Your casino account will remain locked

    You broke the terms and conditions. I'm not sure why you think you are being treated unfairly, but your max bet after getting a £25 bonus was ~£121...

    You agreed to the T&Cs when registering. I'm afraid there is nothing I can do.

    Please stop posting the complaint around the internet. I see you posted at ask gamblers just after posting your last message here. The risk management girl also said that you threatened her while on the phone.
