    Renee - while your approach has been professional and sound that rule does sound a bit off to me.

    1.Placing single bets equal to or in excess of 25% or more of the value of the bonus credited to the account prior to the play-through requirement for that bonus having been met;
    25% of the deposit bonus of £20 is just £5 - Considering that the player got to a £450 balance for withdrawal I'd be staggered to see if anyone gambling naturally restricted themselves to bets of less than £5

    If that's something that Rewards expect to be followed - then shouldn't it be a lot more prevalent than Point 13.1 ???

    Certainly we will have to look at our reviews that cover this offer and make sure that our players fully understand this restriction - as I did not know of it - and it does not feel a valid restriction (unless programmatically enforced by the software).

    Hey Gooner

    Thanks for the response.

    The problem with terms and conditions is that as soon as a term that people think is important is moved closer to the top, someone will think another term is more important and so on and so forth. Unfortunately noone can agree on which rules are more important than others so they tend to follow a flow onto each other. I suppose that's why it is so important to read the entire T&Cs. Unfortunately they ARE long, but this can be put down to the fact that there is always someone trying to get around them in some way, and that's why more and more terms are introduced like this one (which is a common term amongst most casinos).

    That specific term was introduced because groups of players (which were in most cases only a few people signing up multiple accounts under different names etc) were depositing min to get the max bonus and hitting the entire bonus to try to win big, grind it out and take it out, never to be seen again. If they lost, they would simply create another account and go again. The cost of them depositing would be far outweighed by the amounts won from the bets. The term was discussed largely with eCogra and I believe Bryan Bailey was also part of that discussion (according to my RM manager).

    If a player is not taking the bonus, they are able to play in whichever way they wish.
    While using the bonus though, they must abide by the bonus rules.

    The reason bets are not limited is because I'm told there is no way to limit them only when a bonus is being used. Limiting the bets would limit them for all players, including those playing without a bonus, which the rule does not apply to.

    Hope I have answered all your questions
