BIOGRAPHY

My introduction to the world began with my first day in a casino call center going... "what is free mail?" My great passion is teaching and coaching and this led to me starting the training dept for the CSC I was in to help newbie agents get it right in as short a time as possible. After doing that for 2 years I was asked to help save a relationship with a casino operator who was looking to move his business... apparently I did it well and we retained the business. Off the back of this ReferBack invited me into the fold a few years ago and I've been the one learning ever since :D
