Future Anthem starts the 'race to real-time'

(PRESS RELEASE) -- Future Anthem, the pioneering AI and data science powerhouse, started the ‘race to real-time’ as key findings highlight the effectiveness of its proprietary machine learning products in delivering truly personalized experiences in igaming and sports betting.

Future Anthem analyzed 40 billion bets from more than 32 million players, generated during the past 12 months, and using real-time machine learning to personalize the player experience is achieving significantly improved rates of engagement and retention, leading to higher revenues.

In total Future Anthem’s operator customers saw a 25% increase in the number of spins slots players made per session, and a 10% increase in overall net revenue post bonus award.

For select sports betting customers Future Anthem’s real-time daily-data feed allowed for 99% faster interaction with players at risk of churn, leading to clients reducing daily churn by 24%.

“The race to real-time has begun,” said Future Anthem Chief Product Officer Ian Tibot. “The incredible performance of our operator partners shows the level of differentiation and improved commercial gains that personalization delivers.

“Real-time personalization improves engagement, retention and sustainable revenues – to put it simply, if you’re not working on personalization in real-time, you are going to be left behind.”
