Lithuanian regulator adds guidelines for terminating contracts

(PRESS RELEASE) -- The Gambling Supervisory Authority under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, taking into account the fact that the issues of termination of remote gambling contracts are regulated by different legal acts and aiming to form good practice in termination of remote gambling contracts, based on a uniform understanding and application of legal acts, has prepared the Guidelines for Termination of Remote Gambling Contracts. The purpose of these guidelines is to help gambling organizers properly and uniformly apply the legal acts regulating the grounds for termination of remote gambling contracts.
