Default 10BET Affiliate program is one big scam

    Hello guys,

Can someone please share their experience with 10BET affiliate program. I was scammed by one of managers over there. I'm running a small web sport news portal with a average traffic. Few months ago I was contacted by a person called Yotam Peretz who invited me to apply for a 10BET affiliate partnership. We sent few emails to each other where he was promising 40% revenue share and all kind of benefits just to promote their website. I did sign up four months ago. Today I was informed by email that my affiliate program was closed. I managed to brought 5 or 6 active players and to earn a commision of 1600 euros. This money was never paid off. First they told me that they will pay me, they didn't.....then they told me that I have to forward more players to 10BET and promote them even harder. I did it. I sent them five emails regarding my missing payment one week ago. They never reply to my emails. Today I received this email:

"Your 10Bet Affiliate account is now closed due to fringing our terms and Conditions.
    Our decision is final."

The email was sent from Roy Meckenzie. I'm not sure who is this person. I just know that I spent so many hours to promote 10BET just for fun. They stole my time and customers from me. Please share your experience with 10BET if you have any. I'm sure I'm not the only one scammed from them.

    Cheers guys!

Well they do have a performance quota of minimum of 5 active referred players. You should probably move this topic to Unethical Behavior's section btw for more attention.

About the breaking the terms, you should really ask for a longer explanation, either directly to you, or perhaps Anthony from the GPWA can contact them and ask them to elaborate.

In the future, perhaps avoid programs with performance quotas and predatory terms.

"First they told me that they will pay me"
If so, then the brazen quota terms obviously are not the reason if they did not lie about it.

"then they told me that I have to forward more players to 10BET and promote them even harder"
A sign, that complete morons are working there, because no serious representative or affiliate manager would ever do such stupid pressure on affiliates. By the way, if this pressure is connected with money (like in your case) it's simply blackmailing.

You have accomplished 0 successful acquisitions during the last quarter. In order of receiving your monthly revenue share, a minimum of 5 acquisitions should be achieved no later than the 5th of September

I do have a screenshots for my stats....I can easily prove that I have 5 or 6 active players. It was really strange that actually they came to me asking me for a partnership

My account is closed and I can not see which was my sign up date now .....maybe they are waiting three months praying that none of their affiliates will manage to forward 5 players to them and they just closed and confiscate all of the commisions. This is hell of a scam.....free customers each quarter without a single penny spent.

Please share....I'm guessing we are not the only one tricked from those guys.

    Cheers.

All posts concerning this issue have been merged into a single thread here within the unethical report section since it is the most logical and most active section for such reports and threads.

We apologize for the slight duplication, but the continuity of the thread was preserved.

    10Bet has an sub-Brand for Turkey. www.odeonbet.com

I had problem with them 2 years ago.
They paid me always same amount in month. After I checked players statistics, I found 2 players, who are fake.

this 2 players made never a deposit, they was only 1 or 2 day in month active and they never made a withdraw.
Also this 2 players must have over 300.000€ in their player account as incomeaccess statistics.

After I saw it and told affiliate manager, he closed my account.

10bet and this brand use 100% same platform. Maybe same owner or company.

Even if you did get the money it doesn't mean anything. Except that they've decided to give you the money to make it seem they're not scamming players - which they are.

This is what 10Bet is about: You can expect to be contacted by numerous people working for 10Bet despite already having a dedicated affiliate manager. You can expect to be promised things and deals. You can expect a deal you make with one manager to be invalid with the other. You can expect to get a good CPA deal only to see it removed in a month, without anyone acknowledging you had it in the first place. Your rev share will be reduced, quotas will be imposed, accounts will be closed, and you will be shaved in one way or another.

And then they'll make up for it by having a huge stand at LAC with hot girls and free beer.

This company is totally unprofessional and it is their business model to do shady business. They also run whitelabels. This is one of the sportsbooks that operate the binary options way.

...which is a shame, because the sportsbook itself is pretty good and could compete with the best easily.

    just got this...

The decision to send you this email has not been taken lightly, and we hope you respect us for the information we feel is extremely important to present to you.We would like to inform you that we no longer represent nor recommend any of the brands from Comfortlink NV, ie 10Bet, RealDealBet, BetRally. We have been working with them for some time now, but in November they decided to change the terms of our contract and cancel all payments to us without warning. As partners of ours, you should be aware of how we work as a broker.
We recommend our clients (operators) to you, our affiliate partner, in good faith that our operators will deliver as promised on their contracts to not only us, but you as affiliates and clients of theirs. Comfortlink NV whose brands are 10Bet, RealDealBet, BetRally is one such client. Comfortlink NV have been a client of ours for the last 12 months and in return we were paid a pre agreed commission plan for the first 6 months for each and every sub affiliate who came on board via Ihre Consulting, and a set fixed fee for the latter 6 months which covered new deals brought on during this 6 month period.
In November 2015 Comfortlink NV decided to amend the payment terms and therefore breach the contract we had in place, without pre-written warning. Their new approach on how the deal will be structured, was that no matter how many affiliates we have sent to their program, nor how many website's each of those affiliates have and use to promote Comfortlink's brands, Ihre Consulting would only be paid commission on ONE website per affiliate, regardless if the affiliate had 10-15 website's sending traffic. That is like saying if you had many traffic sources or sites, you would only be paid for the first traffic source or website, even AFTER a deal had been agreed for all of your traffic.
Since then, we have been informed that no payments will be made to Ihre Consulting for the lifetime commission deal we had in place with Comfortlink NV. Furthermore, the new signed contract which states payments must be made for 60 months prior to termination, has also been terminated with immediate effect.
Despite many email exchanges and trying to resolve this amicably, with written email exchanges of proof of our initial deal for the first 6 months and a written contract regarding remuneration for the latter 6 months, they fail to provide us with any payments, reports and will not pay us any earnings due to our company since November 2015. We feel the time is right to inform you of our position, and will leave it to you to draw your own conclusions and decide if there are action plans you need to take for yourself.
We would never ever intentionally represent an operator we believe to be rouge, nor one which would cause harm to an affiliate deal and business, and in the 6 years of Ihre Consulting's history and 140 operators we work with, this is the only time this has happened to us. We feel this is only right that we update you on the situation for you to make your own judgement on how this may affect any future business decisions.
For those of you who we have referred to 10Bet we will be in touch separately, however if you do have any questions or concerns, please do let us know.

I received the same, so i discussed it with a few agents and bigger sites who work with/promote them. They told me that they would remove their offer. In fact, one was telling me that they had a conversation with them yesterday, because 10bet were complaining about bets winning and that their trading officers noticed that SBO went two points down in the space of a minute --------- From that it's clear that they don't understand the agency/broker business at all, because its normal for a big sum to be spread quickly and general line movement to occur!!

On another note - We had three of their affiliate managers contact us within 24 hours of each other ---------- ''We've got loads of money to spend and we are keen to get you on board''. Since their product would suit us, i must admit to thinking about it for two seconds, but all the negative threads put me off!

I prefer to take their money in another way!!

I spoke once to an affiliate manager of 10 Bet / Bet Rally / Real Deal Bet and whatever crap they represent. After 1 minute I made up my mind to never ever promote this jokers.

Later I did some research about how their brands threat players... Than it was clear that it was a good decision to not spend more than a minute on this program.
