    Hello Eli . they returned to me half of my money . I had in total 6040€ and after 2 years of stress I withdraw 2946€
    This will not make me happy , they say bets are put out by someone else, is this logic ? Why can i do this ? They tell everyone this thing , where it proves that betting account not played by me ? This is disappointment, this all understands .They kept me 3000€ this is much for me. I want my money back and this right i will always ask for it everywhere!

    There's a reason you were returned only half of your money, you have violated our rules, so you were allowed to withdraw the difference between the amount you deposited and the amount you have previously withdrawn.

    Default Withdrawal problem and unusual delay

    Good evening. I'm opening this thread with some sadness, since I'm being a loyal and long-term user of the 1xbet website, without any problems over the years, including withdrawals. However, that changed 2 days ago.

    I made a deposit of 300€ and I made a withdrawal request of 500€. The withdrawal, through Skrill, was approved within minutes but still no sign of the money. If I clicked where it says "approved", appears a message saying "Transferring money…Awaiting confirmation from operator"

    I contacted 1xbet costumer support, through chat, email and phone, and I only got vague answers. They mostly told me the payment was pending on the Skrill side. I contacted the online wallet Skrill and they denied it that received any payment instruction by 1xbet.

    99% of the times when I made a withdraw request, the money, within 15m maximum, was in my account (either Neteller or Skrill). Now is taking an unusual time that is concerning me, as a long costumer that I have been.

    Anyone can help?

    Eli , i feel very tired . I have not violated anything rules . This is a justification which is used by 1xbet to all those who are deceived. I have all the evidence, if i do not find a solution here i will use my evidence in other site and anywhere who 1xbet is sponsoring.

    I am absolutely sick and tired of 1xbet as it has absolutely the worst and the most irritating customer service.

    I am okay with belated withdrawal requests - have waited more than 24 hours for some of my withdrawal requests. But, the most upsetting and unnerving wait is my deposit requests. Every 5th deposit I make encounters the most bizarre problem.

    1xbet has this 1 hour rule, which makes you wait at least an hour for the deposit. So, after the first 60 minutes, my account is still not credited. So, I write an email to their CS rep, with my bank transfer receipt, notifying them about the problem. One time, the freaking rep told me to ***** type all the ***** that's on the photo attachment receipt (date, time, transfer amount, code, etc.) Lol They can't ******* look at the attachment photo? The first reply I get is that my request has been sent to the SPECIALIST and that I should wait. 2 hour. 3 hour. Still no deposit. So, I ask them where the hell is my deposit. They give me the exact same reply. Request sent to the specialist and that I should wait. This exact same ***** repeated for more than 12 hours. That's when they finally apologize for the inconvenience. But, still no deposit. I ask them what the issue is and why I have to wait so long. The funny ***** is. The reply to my question goes back to their first reply. Request sent to specialist and I should wait. Guess what I got my deposit credited after 24 hours. This was 3 days ago. And today same exact fuckking problem.. I have been waiting for 12 hours. Where the **** is my money? 1xbet is definitely a sketchy ***** *****. Even minor websites depsit my money within 5 minutes. What the **** does the specialist do? And I seriously think there is 1 guy working as a specialist. If not, how can possibly take this long? If it were not a Russian company, I seriously would have sued them for the mental stress they have inflicted. What a ******* joke. I probably could run that **** better than those *******.

    Hello all. I know 1xbit/1xbet have a ton of negative reviews all over the internet for various reasons. I've used them about a year or so and up until now my experience had been relatively positive. Was up a decent amount last hockey season, and was paid every penny, usually pretty quickly. Fast forward to yesterday:

    Had a really good/lucky night yesterday. Today, I log into my account today to see I am 513.18 mBT short. I check my history from yesterday to see 6 of my wins were cancelled, and a baseball wager all the way back from September 28th. Totaled the cancelled wins up and came right out to the missing amount from my account. Contacted them via email and got the following response:

    Dear Client,

    Bets placed on events, the outcome of which was known at the time of placement, should be settled at odds of 1. Your bets had been re-calculated, hence the loss of funds.


    NONE of my wagers were placed after goals were scored. I watch the games on NHL center ice, and anyone who has this/gambles live knows there is a 15-20 second delay. Hell, any time a goal is scored, I see the odds frozen and sure enough 15-20 seconds later, I see the goal. So it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to past post a wager on such a delayed feed.

    Two specific wagers stand out from the Islanders game last night which were cancelled. One was placed before REGULATION ENDED, and the other was placed BEFORE OVERTIME STARTED. The Islanders went on to win in overtime and somehow these were part of the group which were cancelled. Check the link below and you’ll see the time my wagers were placed. The 17:46 was placed in REGULATION and the 17:49 was placed BEFORE OVERTIME started. I sent this to 1xbit and got the same generic response about me being provided the information. I’d love someone to explain how it’s humanly possible to place a wager in regulation for a game that ended in overtime, and have it be a past posted wager. This game is just one example, I could go through each and every single bet but that would take years. Is there someone on this forum who could help me? Customer support has been no help, simply providing the same generic response and not even reading my comments regarding the proof these wagers can’t possibly be placed after goals.

    I wanted to withdraw my money yesterday (have done other before), but my request has been rejected. I've been asked to send documents( picture with: my face, ID card and mailing with 1xbet...). I did it and today received this mail:

    "Good Day. We are bringing to your notice that we made a decision to stop any collaboration with you (closing your gaming account) on the basis of General Terms and Conditions of the Bookmaker Company:Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:
    -bet cancellation;
    -closure of the customerís account with the balance being refunded;
    -filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.
    Effective as of 1 January 2011

    All further questions concerning the case of blocking from your side will be ignored.
    You can withdraw the remaining sum of your deposit."


    Yesterday i had 362 EUR, now 14 EUR. In last three week i deposited 200 EUR.
    I didn't use others accounts, didn't win anything from the bonus, didn't arbitrage betting.
    Sometimes i played bets from well-known tipsters. Maybe this is reason ?

    This company looks like scam. Can anyone help me in this matter?

    Default 1xindo (1xbet) doesnt transfer my funds and whole 1xbet doesnt give a **** about it

    Hello everyone, Im from Indonesia and I was a customer of 1xindo.com (1xbet site on Indonesia). I have some trouble with withdrawing on that site. I tried to withdraw some of my money from that site on October 19, 2018 and till now, I still havent got my funds yet. I have like IDR 49.735.408,00 (US $3,271) on that site. As you can see from the picture (imgur link) that I attached, my withdrawal status has got approved (Disetujui) and I've sent my national ID card which they asked for. The 1xindo customer care has blocked me from all of their chat platform, everytime I tried to ask their livechat about my withdrawing, the livechat immediately gone, as you can see from the picture that I attached that I cant even see the livechat anymore. They didnt even respond anymore to my Whatsapp chat and just read it without giving any reply. I tried to contact their email at info-id@1xbet.com and support@1xbet.com and all I got was "Your demand are on process" which was 16 days ago. Realised that 1xindo has dodging me, I tried to email security-en@1xbet.com and they said the withdrawal process could take atleast 7 days so if after 7 days I still havent got my funds, I can ask them again. So after 7 days, I asked them again about the issue and they replied with "Your request has been sent to the specialists, wait for the answer.". I waited for like 24 hours more and still got no reply, so I emailed them again about their specialist for like 5 times, and all I got was a 5 times "All requests are processed in turn. Please, wait, you will get a notification.". Its been 9 days since that and I still got no response from their specialist.

    4 days ago, I tried to reach Mr.
    Eli Todosov by emailed him even though I've seen his last post about his statement that he has switched to different department, hoping that maybe he could help me or give me a contact to someone that could help my problem, but I got no reply from him. Im really desperate right now and I've no other option, so Im really sorry for that. I really need a help right now because as you guys can see, security-en@1xbet.com doesnt even try to help me anymore.

    Default 1xbet - Pure Scam - Avoid

    For last 5-6 hours have been searching on internet. Based on my current situation with them, and based on past experiences of others that are shared on internet, I am now of opinion that very soon I will get a mail, that I have violated some conditions, and hence I wont get money or some thing like that.

    I have got 5000Euros struck. Started with payment system technical issues now into verification crap with selfie and all. The number of verifications I have done with 1xbet alone will outnumber all verifications I have done with other sportbooks

    I am surprised that this company is associated with some premier league football clubs. This is precise reason I am posting so that, even one person saved without going to them will be of help to them
