    I am not satisfied recently.
    I can not get payment to card. I can not get payment to Skrill. I can not even get payment via SEPA. At least the SEPA transfer should be possible. I am getting payments to player account and there appear just some exotic payments to middle Asia/latam. I have normal EU accounts, but it seems to be a catch 22 problem.

    So I can not withdraw payments for many months and I gave up trying for now.

    It also does not help much when in Europe my access to 1xbet is blocked. You should simply pay SEPA/wire to any affiliates who want to be paid like that. It is too complicated otherwise. It used to be ok, but not anymore. I have 100K + stuck there and even if other payment methods worked, I would be spending weeks just withdrawing it thousand by thousand. Do something with that.

    I must confirm AM "Radu" is very capable. He switched me finally to invoicing and paid the balance from player account via SEPA. I was told it might take 1-2 months but money arrived in few days.

    1xbet are true scammers. I made an instant deposit of 100 euros, and it was not credited. I emailed support with proof, they told me to wait one hour. I did, and almost 72 hours after they just send stall and not messages.

    They stole my 100 euros - ticket 9238448.

    Please avoid them at all costs.

    i still have money locked from 2017, there is any agent that can really help me? i sent them postmail documents 5 times, but they didnt received.

    i sent them, before in Russia, then at the ucrainian address they provided me, via regular mail (not tracked).
    i assume it was lost or simply (as i read other customers in other forums), the address provided not exists.
    I don't understand why i cant send by tracked mail, so i can have the proof they received.

    Notice that every time i go to town hall (civil registry office), to make another notarized copy of my id's, i spend about 20€.
    So this time i want be sure that they will receive.

    Edit: also don't understand why i cant send by email the notarized copies (they can check by protocol number on it the authenticity).
    i'm always available to send also notarized birth certificate released by town hall.
