Dear claudio1988,
According to the Terms and Conditions each registered customer may have only one account. The decision to terminate cooperation is made after a investigation of the situation and thorough verification of all information regarding your account (address, e-mail address, IP address, credit/debit card, e-wallet or electronic payment method ect) by the Security Service of the Company.
In the event of duplicate registration (including registering under a new name), the submission of someone else's, invalid, or forged documents (including those that have been edited by using any kind of software or graphic editor) upon completion of the investigation, the company can make any decision to block (close) the account (including any duplicate accounts) at it sole discretion.
Best regards,
Ashley Clark
i have only one account, and will remain the only, as i will not play anymore on this dodgy site.
Honest advice from someone who is living from your money. Do not play anywhere. Everything is dodgy. If you need to play somewhere, fix your brain. Because you do not. (This is not excusing 1xbet for what they did.)
We promote 1xbet because they pay us, that is all. Business as usual as everywhere.
If you talk to God, you are praying; If God talks to you, you have schizophrenia.
i must fix my brain if i think that is no sense ban players (also losing players) that live in the same palace and keep their money for years/forever?
they also haven't any deposit bonus so what's the point in this policy?
btw 1xbet reviews online speaks for them, nothing to discuss here.
you can promote what you want, good luck.
Dear claudio1988,
The Company has decided to stop the cooperation with you because of the violation of the multiple accounts Terms & Conditions 2.26 and 2.27. The violation of these rules was discovered after a thorough investigation by the Security Service. The total amount of all deposits has been also paid to you according to the Term:
2.30 1xBet Bookmaker Company has the right to cancel all winnings and refund the balance from your main and duplicate accounts.
The 1xBet Betting Company has fulfilled all obligations to you. If you will have any questions in the future - you can contact to 1xBet Support Service in any convenient way, and you will surely receive an answer to your question
Best regards,
Ashley Clark
I have a problem with my player account and I cannot withdraw my affiliate funds.
I contacted player support and they asked me to contact affiliate support.
It is currently not possible to withdraw my funds.
They asked to do 2-factor authentication but it is not mandatory according to player account support.
This 2-factor authenticator is delaying my life here.
I have already put other security systems as "security question".
My God. 1xbet affiliate support is so terrible and I do not know if this is happening to just me!
I send emails and they do not respond. I have sent 3 emails in the past 1 week, no response.
My affiliate manager victoria is frustrating my efforts.
Let me give a bit of backstory.
So I am a pretty big affiliate and recently joined 1xbet over a month ago.
I have been able to get a pretty high number of deposits and registrations to them in just over a month.
Even before I started, I told my affiliate manager that 25% is too small of a deal for me given my reach in my GEO (Africa) She promised that they just need to see my efforts and If I bring good deposits, my deal will be reviewed. Fair enough.
I swallowed my pride and started working. In just a month I have sent a pretty high deposit amount(don't know if i am allowed to state the amount here) and have also sent over 146 registrations with 80 active players.
I keep telling her that I am due for a deal of at least 30% and she keeps ignoring my messages and replies like 3 days later with a robotic answer "You need to keep working, unfortunately we cannot increase your commission at the moment"
I keep asking her, Okay is there a number of deposits you expect to see first or registrations and she replies with the same robotic answer. It is so frustrating. Even when I ask her normal questions she takes days to respond and I even have to remind her.
The last straw for me was when I asked her about a specific promotion that was happening the next day and she replied me 5 days later after the promotion had ended that I should send an email. I am like, "what the heck???!!!" I have sent 1xbet countless emails requesting another affiliate manger and they do not even respond. I have never had this frustrating experience in all my years as an affiliate.
There are companies that I have not even sent 1 player and they give me minimum 30% because of my records and traffic but 1xbet is just keen to frustrate me. I think I am pulling the curtain because I feel they think they are too big.
Victoria, my affiliate manager, treats me as though she is doing me a favour. I put in the work and send you players and you treat me like ****.
End of rant!
Please GPWA look into this because if a company feels they can treat affiliates like ****, they do not deserve us.
Hi all,
I started promoting 1xbet but right here at the start I'm facing something weird. After several days I did not got any clicks, which seemed a little bit strange.
I tried generated several links, even a banner and clicked on them from different IP-s, even from different countries. I also opened a fake instant account and non of these actions are appearing in the statistics.
Am I missing something?
Check your aff URL status and see where they end.
https://wheregoes.com/
https://www.redirect-checker.org/index.php
Every one of my affiliate links are redirected by two times, and end up successfully.
They are containing the right affiliate tags.
I generated like 8 different affiliate links, and non of them are causing the statistics to change.
I'm clicking on the links from my site and opening them directly from the browser, but still no effect.
Someone affiliated with 1xbet could it confirm that after clicking on a working affiliate link the result is showed up in the Summary reports instantly?
Are you testing your own links before or after clearing cookies?
Are you testing your links in the same browser session?
I am not a current affiliate with 1xbet so am not sure what their link testing criteria might need to be, but just clicking a link 4 times may well not show 4 distinct clicks in stats.

I can confirm that clicks show much lower number than what corresponds with actual clicks.
But no issues with tracking.

Thank you for confirming it! my "test accounts" have appeared in the report summary later this day. But the clicks are still not showing up as they should be.

Using VPN
Visiting them on mobile incognito mode from mobile internet
I tried all of these and the combination of them.
It's not a big issue, if the tracking works properly after opening an account, but this click issue is causing trust issues if all of the customers will be track or not.
