I want to share my story and warn everyone about 1xbet. The beginning is the same as everyone is saying. Made an account at the end of last year and deposited over 1000€ and made some betting. Then the account verification kicked in and I sent them all kinds of copies of my documents and it was okay for a week or so and I even deposited more. So when my account was 1800€ I wanted to withdraw some money again and then the fun started. Had to mail them the same copies of my documents to moscow which I did then made a skype call via my iphone then had to fill in some questionnaire including some very personal questions, then had to send THE SAME questionnaire again via mail to moscow which I did and then was appointed another skype call. So I called via skype again using my iphone (I use iphone and ipad only) and was told at the very beginning of call that I have to call back using my laptop computer!!!
So here is a point that I am convinced they are trying to implenent some sort of spyware to peoples computers so be all warned abiut this. This is not just a simple scam about money it is about getting spyware out there to do god knows what. So think twice when making a skype call to them they are probably hacking into your computer at the same time. There wiuld be no other explanation why they demand to use laptop or pc.

I dont know what they want I dont have a computer and Im not going to buy one just so that I can find out how to be a victim of hacing as well. Someone else also suggested in some other thread that they are implementing spyware and I believe it now. No other point that they cant do a skype call over the phone. When I called them first time it was different kind of confirmation questions but second time it was all abiut go and use someones laptop or pc because I can not ask you anything right now when you are talking from your phone. The very fact that they knew I was not using laptop or pc proves that they are spying because why would they even care if tge sole purpose of the call wiuld be to determine my identity or sth like that.

Last week I registered and deposited 1500 EURO and had some luck so I had 2000 Euro after one day. So I tried to withdraw money, but it took a lot of time, since they were requesting several documents (ID, Selfie, Selfie in front of my laptop..).
I was continuing gambling and put some nice bets, so I ended up at around 4200 Euro by yesterday.
This morning I received the following mail:


"Good Day. We want to inform you, that our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). This decision is based on the official Terms and Conditions point 2 subpoint 18 of the betting company Melbet.

The decision has been made after careful investigation of the situation by our security service. According to the results of the investigation we have reasons to suppose that all your bets on sport events from this gaming account have been placed not by you, it violates above mentioned point of Terms and Conditions directly.

We ask you not to create new accounts in our website. Pay your attention to the moment that if you try to create new accounts, we will block them. At the same time your actions have been a violation of the above mentioned Terms and Conditions. The Decision concerning the stopping any collaboration with you is final and without appeal.

You can withdraw your funds in amount of your deposit."

Problem is: They cancelled ALL Bets I played in the last week, so (after several mails and problems again), I could only withdraw 1500 Euro. In consequence, they owe me 2700 Euro approximately. Moreover: I cannot login any more, seems this bookie deleted my account.
To say it very clearly: I DID NOTHING WRONG, DID NOT EVEN TALK ABOUT THE BETS WITH SOMEONE ELSE, ALL BETS HAVE BEEN PLACED BY ME.

Please help me! What can I do? 2700 EURO is a lot of money for me. It is simply not fair that this scamming really works. If I had lost the money in the last days, no one would have cared. But they seem to punish "winners" or guys with a phase of luck

ABOVE ALL: I can only warn all of you: Don´t USE THIS bookie, or any other from this syndicate (1xbit, melbet and probably many more I do not even want to know)

1xbet is now asking me to send by post answers to stupid questions like "Which device was used to take the pictures?" or "What applications have you used to move the photos from the camera to your PC? If no application has been used and the files have been sent directly from the device, please indicate this." ....

i have to write by hand this stupids answers and send to them is russia... (i already sent many documents in russia and i already answered to their questions in the website..)

They are playing dumb with me and im exhausted about those methods ......................

Can someone help me with those scamers please??

Well, I read lots of comments like yours and more and more people are complaining from their account support. Some clients even claimed that they blocked their accouts without any information why. As one of their affiliate partner I can say that they will loose their brand if they did not correct their attitude to the clients.

Seriously, drop 1xbet in google and u can see how many m*therf*ckers still promote this **** - brands like this destroy the reputation from the whole market and some super affiliates with two brain cells still promote this "casino"

Funny thing is that most of the people that complain on the internet never verify/send the documents in the beginning to 1xbet . Only to withdrawn, I wonder how many abusive bonus hunters of that complains there is...
