2019 March payment thread

As payments come in, post them here (along with their actual due date). Also, please feel free to name and shame the programs who you're still chasing down who are past due.

For example, if Coral owe you a payment from last month because they did not pay, list them here (yes, they are late yet again). Coral has been late in paying for the last several months. In fact, according to my records, the last time they paid "on time" per their terms and conditions was in May of 2018. It is pathetic that such a program wants top listings, but yet they do not act as I'd expect a top program to act.

As you can probably guess, Coral's links on my site are not pointing to them at the moment.

They are usually super fast. Typically pay to player account shortly after submitting invoice (a few hours if it's a working day). But this month I sent my invoice on 1st but no payment yet. :(
