Default 24Option increases minimum deposit to $400 in UK, NZ, ZA, SG

In case you didn't know 24Option increased minimum deposit to $400 in the UK, New Zealand, South Africa and Singapore.

What do you think of this move? That pretty much kills almost all deposits from those countries?

    Yeah, people aren't being notified.

A friend of mine told me who is much closer than me with them. Then I asked my AM and he said it's true.

It's already in effect since this Monday. Ask your AM and he will confirm.

Not sure what to say about this... they basically don't want any signups from those countries anymore? - That's pretty much 90%+ where usually all the English traffic comes from.

Yeah, that's very bad news, my conversion rates from registration to deposit wasn't that good either for 24option, so IQ Option all the way. No idea why they are doing that to be very honest.

Update: Spoke to my AM, he confirmed what you said, not that bad news to be honest. Just checked that most of registrations with 24option was from our Russian website, which usually has lower conversion rates, need to push more for UK traffic, there is much more potential.

I really have no idea why they might be doing that. It seems so irrational. Those are all high-income countries.

Usually it's the other way around; they increase min deposit in low value countries to eliminate low value players. But UK? not sure what to say...

Same here, average deposit is probably higher in those countries, so they decided to increase the minimum one, to cut on work they have to do to convert a low value player....

    Indeed.

In any case, now with minimum deposit $400 unless they give something like $600+ default CPA it's not worth to promote them anymore.

    Thanks for the update!

I, honestly, think it won't have a lot of impact on the conversions, as people from these countries are likely to have a higher deposit anyway.
But I should certainly renegotiate my CPA coz of it.

Well guys, seems like the things are a bit worse

    $1000
    Pakistan
    Bangladesh
    India
    Indonesia
    Philippines
    Sri Lanka
    Romania

    $500
    Egypt
    Jordan
    Palestine
    Saudi Arabia
    United Arab Emirates

    $400
    New Zealand
    Singapore
    South Africa
    United Kingdom

    $250
    Kuwait
    Bahrain

$400 for EN is alright...but $1k for such low-end countries, this is BS

Omg, the worst thing about all that is that they don't send any emails or notify us, affiliates, about that. Arrrghhhh.

For sure not ... and for sure youŽll get the same US$300 CPA for a $500 Dubai depositer or a US$1000 Pakistani or for a US$250 deposit from Germany.

Except you aren't getting any depositors from those countries anymore at all. That's actually the point.

I just sincerely don't get UK, SG, ZA and NZ why they have to be $400. They are high income countries and in fact it should be as low as possible and then their sales people can take care of them.

After the $400 thing I have moved them to last position but now I'm most likely going to remove them completely.

Time to abandon the 24option train. It was fun while it lasted.

What's now the best licensed binary broker that does CPA and convert?

Just a heads up: Seems like minimum deposit for UK, NZ, ZA and SG was changed back today to $250.

Others are as posted by sugarfree.

A bit of good news. Loved how OptionFair changed completely their business model (offered 100% profit to all traders - 2.5$ commission per trade, 100$minimum deposit etc), but went back for old model. AND... they haven't said anything to their affiliates. Such companies should be ashamed of their managers department.

I really don't know who is best to promote for English traffic now, except IQ Option. Tried Ayrex, but either it's my audience, or their affiliate programme, I don't earn much.

Glad to see you here. Just joined this forum and found you mentioning our affiliate program here. Just wanted to tell you are planning to change our affiliate program completely. The commissions will be counted on each trade no matter if its outcome and up to 60% of deposit. So you will be able to earn with your active traders. I let everyone know when this hapens and when the model is updated.
    Have a great day

These are the signs of demolishment of the Binary market! I strongly assume that strong Forex companies will offer Binary trades within their services.

OK but the brand name should be changed then. Let's say "24forex" Will it be a good guess? Let's wait and see
