    Hello Everyone,

I read all over the web about the Netherlands issue licensed for 35 operators but I can't find anywhere where is the list of these 35 lucky operators..

Anyone knows where we can find this list?

No licenses were issued, the Dutch Gaming Authority has opened the application period which closes 15th of April.

"The Senate approved on 19 February 2019 the Draft Bill on Remote Gambling. As a result, it is possible to apply for a licence in the Netherlands for the purpose of offering online gambling.

The Remote Gambling Act - Wet Koa - will take effect the 1st of April 2021. Six months later, the online gambling market will open. The Central Exclusion Register gambling Cruks will at that moment also come into effect for both online and landbased providers of gambling."

affy is right. No licenses have been issued as of yet, but I did find a very recent article that will give you an idea of who some of the companies will be that are taking on these gambling licenses.

It is a bit more complex.

Yes interested parties can apply till the 15th

No, not every operator can apply as those who have appected Dutch traffic in the past and did not comply on time with the "regulations" have to wait. (colling down period)

No there are not 35/40 license given, this is an estimate.
