    Default 365 bonitas does not pay money

    I am sorry for my English. There is no place to ask more. I address to you. On May, 2nd I have ordered money from this pokerroom (365bonitas.com). The inquiry about documents on May, 5th has come. I have sent them at once. Since then money is till now in a conclusion condition. That the strangest that support does not answer one address. Other communication facility on their site it is not presented. To find for their representative it was not possible. Very much I hope for your help. Any documents I will give at once if necessary.

    Send me a private message with your Bonitas username. I know several merge sites have been slow processing withdraws since the addition of Players only and sportsbook to the network. 365 is a smaller merge site that runs their own support, They do not use the network support so the time it takes for them to get back to players is not as quick. I just got a withdraw from them after 11 days so I know they are doing them even though it does take them longer.

    I know this is also your first post here and it is always easy to complain so take a deep breath and we can get this taken care of. If it has not already been taking care of.

    Very difficult that that to make, if to you at all do not answer. If respected freerolltourny or still who cannot help me I ask to bring at least given pokerroom in the list of swindlers.

    On their site I have found the address of the company which has given them the licence. It gamingcommission.ca. Tell, whether there is a sense it to write about my problem?

    Sorry about the delay in our response.
    My name is Luciano, and I'm in charge of the aff. program of 365bonitas.com and 365poker.com

    I find today this post, and I inmediatly sent a request to see what happened with the payment of the player.

    I think the issue will be solved today or tomorrow. The truth it's that our network provider (Merge Gaming) is in charge of the cashier (they do the payments).
    Sometimes the verification process takes time (but since 5th of May I know there's a lot of time).

    The problem has not been solved. For these three days was not neither money, nor letters from 365bonitas. Has written to the address ls@365poker.com

    He posted he was looking into the issue on the 26th. Give them a few days like he said the network issues the withdraws.

    I have been getting reports that several of the merge network sites have been a little slow with payments. I waited 16 days last month for a withdraw from Carbon to ewalletxpress. I figured with the addition of sportsbook/playersonly it might slow things down a little.

    He said that the problem will be solved in a current of two days. If the problem is not solved, he asked to write to it - I have written.
    Has now passed 5 days. From the moment of the order of money already almost month. I will understand, if to me the official representative or support 365bonitas will write that all is normal and it is necessary to wait couple of days (a maximum week) for a conclusion. But in the answer absolute silence. Any answer. And, apparently, not only me do not answer. Very much I hope for help Lucho. It has seemed to me the good person, also as well as all the others).     Default 365bonitas support how do we contact them?

    I am having an issue with 365bonitas as well. The only withdraw option i see is by check. There was one for ewalletexpress which i signed up for but now that option is removed.And i emailed support a month ago asking for a change of address which they said would be taken care of. Now a month later no reply to several emails so i cant even request a withdraw because it's the wrong address. A reply from any rep from 365bonitas would be great. Or if someone could tell me how to get in contact with them?
