404 page from the times

How do we view older issues of the times?

From the home page of the gpwa, there is a link in the section promoting the times that is supposed to link to older issues but it only returns the current issue.

when reading the current issue such as
https://www.gpwatimes.org/newsletter/issue-2012-10-10/
There is a link at the bottom of the page that is supposed to link to the archived issues but it is a 404.

I am looking for the link to the article about sportsbook being promoted again.

I still can't find what I was looking for but the 404's do seem to have been cleared up.

Maybe I dreamed the article and it hasn't been published yet.....
