Just received this email today:

49er Casino will be closing its doors at the end of April 2007.
49er has always had a long standing commitment to quality

Your customers are free to continue to enjoy your favorite games

their accounts will be processed and sent to them via check
beginning April 30th.

It would be in your best interest to remove any 49erCasino.com
links you have on your site immediately, as the ability to register
a new account at 49er is not possible as of today, April 10, 2007.

You will still be paid your earnings from any 49er referral activity
for April 2007. However, after the 23rd, your players will not be
able to play on 49er, thus eliminating any chances to earn.

Please note that all other casinos listed below and SunPoker.com
will continue as usual serving all non-US and non-Turkish
customers.
