Having not taken the time to view your site yet a few questions.

    What software is this?

What network of poker rooms if any does the site belong to?

How many players are online at any given time....(list your prime time if you like)

What payment methods do you offer affiliates?

How long has the room been operating?

If an affiliate program is not small affiliate friendly (especially small US Affiliate), then they are NOT Affiliate Friendly!

    32. If the Account Holder does not access the Account by “logging in” using his Account name and security details for any period of six calendar months, his account shall be deemed to be ”Inactive”. TimelessPoker Affiliates shall be entitled to charge an administrative fee of $5, charged at the end of each calendar month that the Account remains inactive and may deduct the same from his/her Account balance. The administration fee will no longer be charged if the player’s Account is re-activated prior to any monthly fee being deducted. After thirty months, the Account is closed and the licensee shall remit the balance in that account to the player, or if the player cannot be satisfactorily located, to the Lotteries & Gaming Authority.
This means that if I don't access my affiliate account for any period of six months you will charge an administrative fee of $5? If I understood correctly this term from your T&C it seems an absurd If an affiliate is too lazy and doesn't check his all accounts every six months...

I haven't had a chance to read all the terms yet....but I am not so sure the above is so unreasonable.

If all it takes is an occassional log-in to remain an active affiliate, that is not so bad.

That is much less restrictive than forcing a certain number of players or real money players in order to be considered active....

It appears this term is in place to keep their database of affiliates of those that at least want to stay affiliates...I would only hope that before such termination or fees would be assessed that at least an email warning would go out.

More feedback would be appreciated on this term.

I was just cruising your site and noticed that there's an initial $100 but then you need to qualify for additional monthly reward money. This is taken directly from your site....

We are able to offer affiliates the chance to create their own independent tournaments hosted on the client. To help with initial promotions we also offer $100 in free tournament funds for you to create tournaments with.
You could for instance use this money to create a full $100 freeroll to give you a boost of new sign-ups, or you could make 2 regular tournaments with $50 added to the prize pool. You can even create purely buy-in tournaments for your players and set up a private league. The options available are limitless.
The tournaments are created by the affiliate within the affiliate system cutting out the need to submit tedious requests to the tournament department and wait until it is approved or denied. With this system the affiliate decidesd all the tournament specifications and a tournament template is automatically sent for approval - approval typically takes less than 12 hours.
We have added the option to restrict entry to any tournament you create by attaching a password to a tournament. This gives you the ability to control which of your members is able to enter a tournament.
Affiliates who perform well will be rewarded by adding free money each month to their tournament fund - the amount of tournament funds added will depend on the amount of rake your players generate in a month and the number of new sign-ups you generate per month - see below for details.
The tournament fund balance can also be increased by transfer from a player account.

I also came across this on the site....

    ________________________

What bonuses can I offer my potential sign-ups?

https://affiliates.timelesspoker.com offers the largest initial sign-up bonus in the poker industry. https://affiliates.timelesspoker.com offers a deposit bonus to new players - 25% up to $100.

25% up to $100 is nowhere near the largest sign up bonus in the industry.
I regularly have sites listed offering 200% up to $500, 100% up to $2500, etc.

    _____________________________

Just a couple bugs that should be addressed. I would consider promoting timelesspoker if you could look into these items and clarify....

    Thanks,
    Terry

    Hi Terry,

Thank you for bringing both issues to my attention.

    1. The $100 tournament money is only for the first as you correctly pointed out.
    2. the 25% up to $100 signup bonus should read: https://affiliates.timelesspoker.com offers a competitive sign-bonus of 25% up to $100.

I hope this helps you in your decision to promote us.

Let us not forget that if your players already have Poker4Ever, becoming an affiliate at this site or any other site with a P4E skin is useless. P4E has been stating for months on end they are "opening it up" for P4E players to download other skins but so far it's just another poker site talking out their hole.

Although I like the thought of being able to create your own tournaments, the site is just too new and there are too many contradictions and questions for me at this point. I'll wait a while and then give it another look.

I spent way too much of my energy on Poker Dream over the last two years to begin again with another new site!
