Default 60 seconds between spam reports

Rhetorically speaking, why do I have to wait 60 seconds between filing spam reports, yet this guy does not need to wait 60 seconds between making useless and mostly out of context "Good Luck" posts?

My guess, the delay is to reduce spam from the reporting system. I will check the vBulletin admin to see what I can find out.

Yea, the delay is to raise the time between posts and delay spam posts slightly.

Based upond the 60 second time frame and the few second delay that the php script will tage and add the post to the database sometimes it will appear that 2 posts go up during the same minute, but those cases are kinda rare.

This is mostly to stop xrummer type posts from getting many up in the same minute.

The posts you mentioned Shay have been handled.

This 60 second delay also affects editing, as an example if you catch a typo in a post after submitting it and fix it, then see another it will not let you fix the second typo until 60 seconds have passed since submitting the first edit....so it is always best to blame the damn keyboard. (mine will randomly skip characters)
