7 Sultans - unmitigated disaster
I don't know about you guys, but I took the bait from Fortune Affilaites and promoted the hell out of this $500 free money promotion. What happened? They completely messed up. People couldn't get the credits, some got credits but couldn't play. They would call customer service and support wouldn't or couldn't do anything.
Now they send a link that they say, "this new link will work" but I am swamped with emails from people, and what happens to the people who signed up through the old link but couldn't get the free credits? No one seems to know the answer to that one.
We're having the same problem--complaints from hundreds of players
We too are receiving complaints from 100s of players who clicked on the link through our site or mailer and either weren't able to download the site, or weren't given their free credits, or couldn't play after their credits were given.
So we sent in someone to try to do the promo. When he wasn't given his free credits, he called 7 Sultans support. They just gave him the same run around all our other players were complaining about.
When our webmaster complained, they emailed him a different link to send our players through--one that didn't contain our affiliate code and wouldn't give us credit for the players.
This is unacceptable and unprofessional. We went way out on a line promoting this casino and this special, and all it has done is discredit our web site with our players.
And we still don't have any solution whatsoever from Fortune Affiliates.
