777affiliates payment issue

Hi my name is Alex and i run several websites (casino related) and promote the brands from 777affiliates on a couple of sites.

A couple of months ago i earned my first money true one of the casinos (7red casino).

So far so good! But after a weeks a saw they paid me true paypall (?!?!?), strange!, there is no payment method like paypall available on 777affiliates.

SO i contacted my 1st affiliate manager (Brendan Doran), he told me that he was looking into it and wanted to fix the problem and contacted his supervisors about. bla bla bla, two month later my money inst there yet. So i contacted Brendan again, but he wasnt working @ 777affiliates anymore. But there was a new guy (Greg Breton) and he was the supervisor of Brendan and he could help me. but i had to explain the whole deal??????? The funny thing was Brendan told me he contacted Greg to discuss the issue?!?!?! My conclusion is that Brendan didnt contacted Greg about it.

Mayby GPWA needs to look into it because they carry a seal from GPWA for "sponsor program"

For the whole story and all the mails you can look @ my site/forum : www.onlinegokforum.nl (only in dutch)

For more information contact me please. Im willing to help.

Alex

Hi Alex

As answered by email on 23/04 and this morning before you post your message here I confirmed that your pending balance will be paid and May payment session which I confirm again here.

I was not not aware of this issue before you contacted me on the 23/04 and answered your email straight away / handled your payment as well. I am very sorry for the miscommunication with your previous affiliate manager (which is also one of the reason he left the company) but the issue you mention here as been handled

If you need any assistance feel free to contact me,

Regards

Greg

By the way, if you really have to post emails on your website what about posting the full conversation ?

You stopped all the messages on 22/04 and your payment issue was fixed the day after as I confirmed
1/ the commission amount 2/ the payment method 3/ the date of next payment.

We are talking here about a delay in commission (for which I am again very sorry) but please do not talk about cheat when you always received clear and fast answers.

You have also all my contact details, I'll be available if anything

Greg, for the last time.

My issue is that other people all ready mentioned they solved the case, and yes you responded fast and yes Brendan responded fast but nothing is solved, unless i receive my payment.

And i started this conversation with Brendan at 03-03-2015 so im workin on this case like 2 months now.

And to remark you wasnt aware, i told you and send you all the mails i had with Brendan.

And i really hope this case is solved now

Thank you

regards,
Alex

Alex,

I obviously checked this morning before answering you. You commission is on the list for May payments.
You are right on the point I wasn't aware of this issue before you contacted me directly on 23/04 and confirm again it's sorted.

Payments will be processed before the 15/05 you'll receive it for sure,

Best
