Ace Revenue - Gwages payment delay

We are new on Affiliate Boards; dislike making a post like this but need sort of assistance here. AceRevenue and Gwages owe us still over 100K. We received a payment earlier this year but that was all.
We have been more than patient but all I get from Steve is run arounds that they are trying to sort out our pending payments.
Any suggestions here? I know AceRevenue is a Platinum sponsor here.

Our last payment was on October 16 for September income. Steve told me mid January they will pay us up to date ,he is on vacation now and I got the impression he will be away for a couple weeks.

It is an interesting case and that pile of money is pretty serious. Tell us more about what players we are speaking casino or sports ones?
What explanations did they give you for not paying the commissions they owe you ?
Interesting part is that they can send the sum in pieces or give a reasonable explanation.
If STeve is on vacation and promised all due payments to be paid by mid January, then all is in order.
@casinobonusguy, even the guy is on vacation at least someone could provide reasonable explanation why 100 k is not been paid by far, or at least to give a date when the payment will be executed.

Both are Online Casino ONLY Programs.
We receive only excuses lately but no payments. Below a few of their answers:

"working on something to get this taken care of for you" Nov =2023
"we are still dealing with issues that have everything stuck at the moment" - June 2023
"we are working on sending out the pending balances" - May 2023

We have received in the past partial payments of previous owed acts but lately there's nothing except excuses and not even an estimated date for the payments tov be sent.

I agree maybe Steve is on vacation but don't think the entire finance team is. I feel sorry for Steve but waiting this long with no payments is beyond unacceptable.

I get a lot of delays exectera but always end up being paid.. The move to USDT was supposed to eliminate delays but had one already as well.

i got rid of them a year ago, they always owed money always excuses always delays. it's never ending way too risky to have in any good positon on the site

I am speaking for myself nobody else ,that is the situation I have so willing to wait a bit.

Yes we always get paid and i have some players who manage to win $xxx,xxx there and been playing 10 years .I always send a few players a month to keep active .They are a pain in the ass but worth the delays compared to other casino groups on same software .

Just a quick update. I was contacted by Steve; he informed me we should get paid first installment shortly. Glad to finally receive a response from their end. I am positive this should be taken care properly and Steve offered to follow up on our behalf.

So; as promised by Steve; we received a first installment paid this week. Looking forward to receive the remaining outstanding amounts. It seems like a good start from their side.

I did exactly the same thing. What is weird, is that they have good reviews on major websites like askgamblers.

I didn’t expect to be posting about this again, but after nearly a year of silence, here we are.
We’ve made repeated attempts to contact Steve and the team behind Gwages / AceRevenue since Oct 2025 regarding outstanding payments now exceeding 80K. Unfortunately, all emails have gone unanswered, and no payments have been made during this time.
We were effectively forced to raise this publicly, as the affiliate program has been ignoring all communication. This is not a step we take lightly, but after such a long period with no response, it leaves us with little alternative.
At this point, we’re simply asking: will Gwages / AceRevenue honor the commitments agreed upon and settle what is owed?

I have a few old active players , one guy won alot in 2024 /2025 but they must have fixed his paying at $2500 a month as almost a year I seen same pattern which of course affects the commission .I got paid in January their new policy is suppose to be net 60 but obviously that is not accurate lol .

Don't even get me started. I haven't made a dime with them in months and have sent over 250k players to Ace Rev alone. I finally removed them from most sites last month.

I believe he means over the years he has sent that many players and due to lack of retention he has no legacy Revenue . Their New Policy was Net 60 but we are paid up to January 2026 but nothing since then . Fast Track is the best converting program for us. But when you are fighting to get paid it is difficult to keep working with them .We have huge mailing lists we no longer send any of them out and more or less just review pages remain up.

The fault is totally on your side.
Why did you kept sending traffic to them until they owe you over $100K?
That is ridiculous. You should have stopped sending traffic them once they owe $1000 instead of waiting until it become $100K.
Not sure whether you learned an important lesson. Never trust any affiliate program. Get what you earned as soon as possible because you are an affiliate, not a lender.
