Ademar Alexandre selling duplicate articles - Copyright Infringement!

Hello everyone,

I recently posted a concern I had about a member at digital point forum who sold me duplicate material. i bought these articles from him in good faith with him telling me they were all originals. he sent me one it was fine.

Just a couple of days ago i asked him again for more, and he said he would contact me. because i decided to buy more, i wanted to check for sure if the existing ones were ok and not duplicates.

well i found out that many of them if not all were copies. Some of the words were slightly altered in some fashion, while other text was copied exact. These were clearly used before, and i have seen them now on many sites.

The main site these articles i found came from www.take1look.net who is a member here and also at CAP(at CAP member name take1look and at GPWA his member name is spainpedro) . I have alerted him about the possible copying of his content. Waiting on a reply.

What disturbs me is the fact that after i emailed the seller from digital point about this issue - view user here Ademar Alexandre- aliais killianbr and this is his reply;

I checked some of the websites, and okay, there might be some
similarities in some articles, maybe the writers did research on that
place, I don`t know.

What I was selling were unique, copyscape passed articles and that was
delivered, no scamming or whatsoever. If the articles didn`t pass
copyscape I would gladly refund your money, but I can`t refund you for
something you got, it just doesn`t make sense

thanks!"

So he admits there some similarities, but i can clearly show that allot of it is direct copy, while other parts is just a words shifted around to make it look a little different.

The other concern is this material is written on many websites, and very possible he is selling this to various people without them knowing its copied material.

He sells so much material for gambling related subjects, that is very possible he is selling these to GPWA members, soi want to be able to protect you all.

DO not buy material from this person. If you do you risk being scammed by him with duplicate content.

Some of the material i seen is so identical it is not funny, and alot of it was written by a person named, Adel Awwad who writes many of the articles on Enzines.

His name is Adel Awwad an apparent expert on gambling material.e reported this to enzines as well letting them know about this.

So to be safe i would not recommend anyone buy any content from the so called parties listed in here as you risk content theift

Alexandre Ademar claims he buys these articles from an Indian team of writers and yet he refused to provide me with he source.

I asked him if he would please make a public posit to DP forum yet he refuses to do so, and now will not reply to me anymore.

I raised a dispute with Pay Pal, but because they do not sanction DP forums as a member they legally cant do the refund.

Digital Point has informed me they also cant do anything about this and that its my responsibility.

Yes this is true, but i am shocked they would not investigate a possible content fraud system on their sites. This member is selling duplicate materials to other webmasters and when they complain he refuses to refund them.

So i just want to warn everyone in the affiliate community to please stay clear of these characters and do not buy content from them.

I have tried my hardest to contact all websites that may have had dealings with these individuals to alert them either they were sold duplicate content or their content as been stolen.

Please check all your websites and if you ever bought articles from either Adel Awwad or Alexandre Ademar please report them and do not buy articles from them.

Please also check the website www.take1look.net because many of the articles are copied from there. So compare your own to verify.

I would of thought they cared whether our not their members are milking people but it seems otherwise..

I cant even tell them who it is, they simply do not want to know.

So everyone i guess needs to be very careful as content you get could be copies.

What concerns me so much more is the site being copied is from a member here... and cap..

So GPWA members seem to be the target on both ends..

They steal our content and then sell it back to us

And not one will do a single thing about it!

Just an update.. So bizarre. This is what he had to say to me today.

From Alexandre Ademar - aka Killianbr - from digital point.

"I never scammed you and you know that, but if you still want to go on with it and act like a child, just do it, I got nothing to lose, my reputation is strong."

So he is essentially saying screw you buddy i can continue to sell copyright material and duplicates to you webmasters. Must be nice to be able to scam freely all sorts of webmasters and get a way with it.

Incidently here is the post where he sold me those frauds!! The copied material. He has the nerve to sell stolen material and revert to the message above.

More updates for all.

After investigating even further it seems to affect a very well known Person in our industry who RANKS TOP PAGE in google for ONLINE CASINO.

Name is ADEL AWWAD - owner of website FireCasinos at www.firecasinos.com.

He is a public member who just joined here.. I believe it was his material who was copied and ripped by a team (from what seller Alexandre Ademar says) of Indian Content writers. Apparently he out sourced them from get a free lancer, and he sold these duplicates to me.

They are all rips!!!! Frauds!! Scams and copied from Aled Awwads article submissions all over the web.

This also brings into question the validity of Another member here. All his articles are copies. Many of them are all over the web.

NOW who is coping who here??? - This is Major!!!!

People involved:

spainpedro - GPWA seal owner for take1look.net - many of his articles do not pass copyscape.. identicals all over the web. Are they his??

firecasinos - Adel Awwad professional writter, many of these articles are his. He just joined here.. public member.

Myself - GFPC - I purchased duplicate copies of articles from a con artis at digital point named Alexandre Ademar alias Killianbr. He sold me articles that potentially are owned by either Awwad (firecasinos) , spainpedro (take1look.net). or possibly someone else..

Alexandra Ademar aka killianbr from digital point. Claims he has a team of writers from India who do all his writting, he buys them nd sells them to webmasters by the handfuls.. many of them are as we can see duplicates, copies, and fall under the copyright protection act..

So, my question is what can GPWA do about this?? TO protect its members?

First we have members here and seal owners, along with members from CAP who have material on their sites that are duplicated. All claiming to be their own works (not specifically) and they do not note the source...

If you look at take1look.net his articles are all not copy scape passed. Direct matches.. ANd it is very possible he is the owner??? Asfter all he is a seal owner?

Then we have firecasinos who writes many of these aritcles online on various forums, and submission sites and inserts his links in them to direct to his TOP 10 ONLINE CASINO google ranked site. Very possible he is the owner of them......

Then the question of killian br from digital point, who bought these articles from a team of writers who have supplied him with these articles ( he claims) . WHO ARE THEY??

Then you have the fact that i bought them from digital point, from this scam artist who claims i do not get a refund becuase they are originals... yet he refuses to give me his source.. This means he is part of this copyright infringment and sells fraud articles to all kinds of gambling webmasters...

Now it is possible he is selling these to many of us here.. and he did maybe sell them for firecasinos, and to take1look.net ??? This yes is possible.

Now he sold them to me. I want this to stop!!!!! WE NOW HAVE members here who are being affected. I GOT RIPPED OFF by a scam artist who sells duplicate articles, he claims he buys them from a team of writers. do not know yet who they are, but i will find out.

Then we got seal owners!!!! Who are affected, possibly their content is being stolen or they possbibly are in breach of GPWA guidelines and are pasting copyright infringment articles on their sites... DO they deserve the seal??

Therefore because now other GPWA members are involved in this I FORMALLY ask the GPWA to perform an investigation into this matter on the basis that a member here has a seal and he has content on his site that is on many sites online. It may be his and he is the owner, or he may have purchased it and got robbed like me. We do not know.

I have emailed and contacted all parties in this matter.

Can GPWA kindly get in touch, i will email you all 27 articles, with proof that many of these sites have duplicate material. Our members (myself) maybe others also may be affected, as there are to many sites with these articles.

Also we need to expose this team of writers and MR Alexandre Ademar aka killian br for being involved with scamming webmasters. Especially here at GPWA.

If a scammer comes along, copies a bunch of free articles, changes the words around, and then sells them, it's not something that the author has any control over. I have no way of monitoring who is doing what with my articles. All I can say is buyers beware, and I would definitely demand a refund from the seller or from the payment processor.

Thank you for posting firecasinos.. This was my initial thought. So i think i was correct in my assumption that it was all your articles that were copyright infringed apon.

We have seal owners that have your work and a group of writers and seller distributing them to all webmasters and selling them.

This seems to be done by many sites of which some are SEAL OWNERS.

GPWA has members allowing copyright material without sourcing the original article author with the credit.

I will be interesting in GPWA's reaction to this.

For me I gave up on this a long time ago. To much wasted..

So its a learning lesson for me...

I have realized that some members here will continue to be in violation of copyright standards.

I did my best weeks ago, and moved on with some advice from many affiliates and Ams...

I got received a reply from spainpedro on November 29th. I am a bit behind in answering private messages so hadn't seen it until just a moment ago. Here was his response:

Sorry for the late reply (was traveling).
I copyscaped my site take1look.net long time ago with those articles, anyways i am doing a new version of take1look.net and started to rewrite the content which seems to be copied again.
I dont know any way of preventing it, what i know is that the content is original and unique ment for take1look.net only.

let me know if you have a idea on how to prevent the copies.

Thanks mate for posting that. It has been sometime since I purchased those articles, and its a great to hear he has replied.

I will take his word for it that they were his articles to start with. They were after all either his or Adel's from Fire Casinos.

At any rate i still have those copies but i certainly will not use them as if they were Take1Looks articles i wont copy them...

The persona who sold them to me continues to rip off webmasters including GPWA members and various other webmasters, selling duplicate articles and selling stolen templates over at digital point.

Nothing i can do since DP does not care. The basically condone it in my eyes.

At any rate the issue is closed for me, as i found Giggles and a couple of other trusted writers i will now work with and can trust!!

Something i should of done from the start!!
