Advice regarding good Regions to Target

Ive been looking at expanding my business in other regions other that targeting mainly USA
Ive been getting alot of traffic via S. Korea. My initial research shows that it is illegal to gamble online in that region. I wanted to know if there are any affiliates promoting in that area if so what are some good affiliate programs to join that accept korean players.

If anyone can recomend a region to target other that germany, france, spain which i already have that would be helpful

I would expect that the most lucrative markets to target would be the Eastern European markets which have growing economys but aren't saturated with gaming companies.

Perhaps Italy with its new gambling laws would be good as well but I guess it's going to be targetted pretty hard already - like most of the developed European countries.
