Default Aff Utd: My AM just told me to breach terms & conditions

I've stopped promoting William Hill because of the known issues with Aff Utd.

Sure enough, after 3 months without a referral they docked my rev share down to 5%.

I thought I'd email my AM to see what they say, this was the response:

"If after 3 consecutive months there are 0 FDs, then rev share drops to 5%. But can always make your own FD to solve this problem by opening an account yourself."

And here is their terms and conditions:

"The marketing opportunity presented in the AUAP is for commercial use only, and the Affiliate, its family members, friends or associates may not make Deposits, directly or indirectly, through any of its Trackers for its or its own personal use or to increase the amounts payable to it under this Agreement by any act which involves Fraud."

    Oh dear.

Thanks for the update - as this group regularly email me claiming to have changed their style / systems / staff ...
and saying that they "are not like that anymore".

It's hard for shysters to get quality staff eh ? ...

"In 1999, CVC Funds acquired William Hill, the second largest operator of licensed betting offices and the market leader in telephone betting services in the UK."

Anything touched by CVC heads in a negative direction. Newest example AffHub. But yah nothing new about them trying to make you breach contract. Could be on purpose, or simply new uneducated staff or both.

They have recently made a change in their css and now the stats are completely unreadable in FireFox 38.0.1, however they do work in IE.

CVC sold their shares in William Hill years ago, the issue with AffUtd can be traced to the deal William Hill did with Playtech who took over among a lot of other things affiliate marketing.

Whatever was affecting stats a few weeks ago has cleared....not that it matters a whole lot, except now it is easier to see where I still have to find links that need replaced...

Actually , I have often wondered how many affiliates (If any of course) get a few friends to sign up at William hill, JackpotJoy, ect in order to keep their recurring player commission coming in?. Personally I refuse to do anything like that, and hope that one day karma kicks in where it is needed.
