I have asked him each and every detail I needed to know. (even in this thread too) Mr. Daniel refused to cooperate and provide me such details, citing that he went thru this already but he never truly responsed all my questions ! - It is true that I am an ex-customer of them and maybe I am not a very chill person, and my tone sometimes shows this, but even so I have rights and he has duties for which is paid ! How can I cooperate with a person which is respondind so arrogant to me ? (as result, I gave up)

Regarding the spam, maybe I can not be 100% sure that Affactive is at fault, but I strongly believe that over 85% is coming from their side. Otherway why I am not getting spam mails from other reputable brands such as 32Red, ClubWorld or Bet365 where I also have accounts in all of their brand casinos ? - It is because Affactive promote (or at best, tolerates) rogue affiliates and are not fighting against them as they pretend. However once our ties have ended, also these spam emails should have ended ! All of their affiliates, rogue or not should been informed and forced to remove me from their mailing list, each one by one because they are not going to get any penny from my back anymore ! But as you see this has not (fully) happened and does not seem to happen not even now after so many months because Mr. Daniel is not so effective as he should be ! And, but not only in my opinion, Affactive is held to be blamed for their aggressive spamming business tactics until they prove otherwise with facts and not only by empty words. (They have any rewards regarding fighting against their rogue affiliates ?)

PS: Mr. Rick, or any moderator, if you would like to see that chat log proof I am talking about to, which backs my statements (I have it in a long .PDF) tell me how I can upload it here in a post so everyone can read it and convince themselves of my words ?

As a response to your side note Mr. Rick, even if you may be right about the percentages, belive it or not, each and every simple person like me believe what they see and not what they hear. However, in my last spam report you can see that I was spammed from email address `support@best-marketing-deals.com`

    - Now please response me with honesty: do you still think that this partyicularly email address `support@best-marketing-deals.com` comes from a single innocent individual which was randomly chosen as a mask sender ? (only by looking at that email address name something tells me that it is not owned by a 18 years girl teenager but by someone who it is using it deliberately for spam marketing purposes - and this is not exception, 8 out of 10 spam mails I get are marketing related)

Just because an email comes in showing the sender as sender@domain.com does NOT mean sender@domain.com sent it....it's too damn bad email server software works this way but it does. (if it didn't spam in it's current form would not be the problem it is today)

So your question, Yes it is POSSIBLE the what you think to be the sender is not really the sender.

Now I have got another SPAM offer directly from Golden Cherry Casino support ! This time they have addressed me on my full first name and last name ! I wonder where Mr. Daniel`s mind slipped when he stated that he removed me from ALL Affactive casinos OFFERS ? (however, as it is procedure anyway, the junk garbage was returned by me via email forward to Mr. Daniel)

    - No doubt, this is how he is showing us his token of professionalism. No wonder why they never grow up .. cause they cant !

Default The show must go on !!!

Affactive affiliate/s were so generous to me yesterday !!! They have decided to DOUBLE SPAM me TWICE IN A DAY on the same email address !!! It really seems they just cant get enough of me .. so much love, but sorry I do not tolerate spam and I do spammers so keep this spamming love for yourselves and get off with this bull.. !

However, I like this part: `Dear Friend, We are thrilled to present to you great offers to play from Titan Casino. .. .. This email was sent by OPT-IN Marketing LTD, 87 Brivibas St Limassol Cyprus +357-9987451287`

    - UH OH now we have a phone number. (which is NOT TOLL FREE!) - Mr. Daniel, maybe you can call me back from that number and explain to me since when I am `friend` with you/your paid spammer who is irritating my eye and violating my email privacy ? (oh, oh.. I did signed up for the spam, as you state in post 33, no ? - Would be smart to bring some evidence to back up your lies next time!)

    And I hate this part:
`If you suspect this email was sent without your consent, please exclude yourself – All requests are processed automatically.` - NO BS ! Do you think it will actually unsubscribe anyone from the spam ? - Of course not ! But, I must agree it is the best joke I ever heard. Too bad nobody laughs.

PS: As it is procedure, both spam emails were forwarded by me to Mr. Daniel for his huge (and nice?) SPAM Collection !

While I saw that Mr. Daniel was not efficient at all in doing his job to remove me from Affactive spam emails, I`ve got in touch via Casino Deal with another person from Affactive, Mr. Rick. Seems that after I have forwarded 3 SPAM email to Mr. Rick, I did not received any more spam from Affactive, at least until today..

While I appreciate that Mr. Rick was way more efficient than Mr. Daniel in doing his job to remove my email addresses from receiving any further Affactive SPAM emails, and he also did not had a big mouth full of arrogance to me as Mr. Daniel had, I am STILL NOT O.K. because today I have RECEIVED ANOTHER SPAM FROM WinPalace ! (I have forwarded the respective SPAM)

I understand that this thread is about Affactive. In my opinion their clients and brands pass the mark for serious online casinos. I don't want to mention names, but there are some really roguish online gambling operations as we all know it here. I am not saying that Affactive brands are excellent in every aspect of online gambling, but they have good and established norms, which they follow.

Yes, this thread is about Affactive and shows exactly how unfair I was treated. Now it bacame more of a spam report.

You said that in your opinion they have good and established norms, which they follow. - Well, I would say that from my experience with them, they pretend to follow that fair guidelines, but in fact they don`t. At least as you see from my experience I am getting lots of spam from their affiliates or directly from them even if I took so many steps to fight against.

Playhunter. Create a new e-mail account and tell those close to you what it is. Also set up a spam folder. Don't sign up to a casino with it either. End of problem.

You seem to have a lot of time on your hands and this could have been sorted by about the 5th post.

Hi oc+, thanks for your advice but is not that simple for me because I have 12 email addresses and thousands of contacts on each. Almost all of them are of great value to me and each email address is made on a specific target. Also I have settled up spam folders on each email account, and those I am reporting here of course come in my spam folders. The problem is that I can not simply click the button to empty the spam folders, because some emails may (and sometimes really DOES) get there by mistake. I don`t really think I have lots of time, but I agree that this whole Affactive spam debacle could be sorted out from my first few emails/posts, but this problem continue only because of Affactive team incompetence and specially to Mr. Daniel.

These JERKS have spammed one of my emails one more time ago two days on Saturday 9 June 2012. I hope that soon they will rest in pieces !

From this moment, I will stop forwarding spam emails that I receive to Mr. Daniel because he really proved to be a man of nothing. (for me at least)

I will only work with Mr. Rick (from Affactive) who was recommended to me by Casino Deal community, and he has proved to be far more efficient.

I have desperately asked in this thread I`ve opened here on GPWA to see which was the so claimed (by Mr. liar Daniel) 3 usernames from WinPalace I`ve been accused that I have registered and their date when that happened, because Mr. Daniel said that my 3rd account was registered somewhere in September 2011 and this was causing my ban at Affactive group. I am dead sure Mr. Daniel is a BIG LIAR, and I have CHAT LOGS SAVED to back me up !!!

I have contacted TWICE Mr. Rick (universal4 - via PM) and Mr. Anthony to dig this problem for me with Mr. Daniel in order to see who is right and who is telling lies. I even have agreed to PUBLICLY apology to Mr. Daniel if I am found in the wrong. They DID NOTHING !!! (and passed about half a year)

All I`ve got was a response (PM) from Mr. Rick that he will be busy during March and so he can not dig my issue with Mr. Daniel. I`ve replied him via PM with a reminder in May and I am still to get a response as of now, in July. All PM`s were read, but yet got no responses to my issue after HALF A YEAR !!!

    Hey,

I have to ask: Why on earth you want to play in our brands after we specifically told you that we do not want you as a player.

I think we are good, but not that good

To be honest, I`m not sure if I still want to play in Affactive Group of casinos anymore. But as I repeatedly said, I was not told in a NICE way that our business has come to an end, and every part shall go on it`s road from that point on, without any accusations. INSTEAD, I was charged with "FRAUD" and other accusations. -- This is what it disturbed me so bad, I do NOT TOLERATE the lies and the liars. And now I am fighting to show people you have LIED.

PlayHunter, the problem is you have multiple accounts with multiple email addresses. I reviewed the chat logs and looked at the multiple accounts, without publicly releasing the information, I can say your claims are unfounded. Bottom line you opened multiple accounts and have done so in the past (Casinomeister thread) you are fully aware of the multiple account policy but continue to open them, of course you are going to be seen as a bonus abuser. Then, you will complain when the multiple accounts get emails. Opt out of the emails and they will stop (at least the ones that come directly from the casinos). Your accounts have been closed with a zero balance so no money was seized. Affactive ask that you find other properties to play at. I suggest you do so.

Please refrain from calling Daniel names.

Mr Anthony, I have explained on numerous occasions the problem with CasinoMeister: - I never had more than one account. My account was PlayHunter, and my mother also had one account, her account was Fortuna. We both share the same IP as we live in the same house. I was always writing for her problems as a translator cos she does not know English. We had different problems, we are different persons. You call it multiple CM accounts ? - Into that trap failed Casinomeister too, and when he realized that he was the one in the wrong, he decided to ban me out of CM.

Think again: why I need multiple CM accounts ? Anyway, if I want to create multi accounts with CM I can open 99 more but never had a duplicate one.

HOWEVER, CasinoMeister issue has NO RELEVANCE with my AffActive Group/WinPalace Casino. YES, I had multiple accounts with WinPalace Casino DUE TO THEIR FAULT because when I asked Live Chat customer support to help me recover my lost account details, they said I have no account and so they ADVISED me TO REGISTER A NEW ACCOUNT, which I eventually did. ALSO they offered me a bonus which I did not took ! Please review the case !

Mr. Daniel said that the problem lies to the fact that after that incident (you have the chat logs of 8 July 2011 which I sent you when their customer support advised me to register a duplicate account as you saw) he says I have registered a 3rd account with WinPalace somewhere in September 2011. This is what I strongly deny and I am asking to see water proof of that account registered AFTER that chat log ! As long as HE CAN NOT PROVE his statement I think I have the right to call him a liar, as long as I know that the affirmation he made it is not true. Please be unbiased and judge rightful.

Regarding the spam they send me, as you saw, I have never subscribed, I have tried to unsubscribe (as Gagnoweb tried too) and also these have no effect. I also asked Mr. Daniel to remove me from all emails and I have provided him all of my 12 email addresses. I have also forwarded some of the respective spam emails I am receiving to him and to you as well. Nobody of you two proved to be too efficient, in totally removing me from the spam.

I repeat, I was not told in a NICE way that our business has come to an end, without any accusations. INSTEAD, I was charged with "FRAUD" and other accusations. -- This is what mostly disturbed me. -- IF Mr. Daniel can PUBLICLY apology to me for the way that my issue was handled we can finish this.
