I have reviewed this case and I you are just repeating yourself regardless of what reply you receive.
I am going to quote Affactive here: "The final point: we do have an option not to allow someone to play."

They have closed your account and have asked you to play somewhere else. Again, I suggest you do so.

Mr. Anthony, lets take it on another way: Anyone can refuse to co-operate with anyone for any reason, as long as money are not involved. - I Agree !

But not anyone can make FALSE accusations in regard to the other party at their will. (as an excuse to cover their decision to terminate co-operations)

They say I have registered an account (the 3rd one) somewhere in September 2011. - I want to see proof of this statement, other way I think is a lie.

Regardless of all these facts, please recognize that they could simply told me that they do not want my business any longer WITHOUT charging me of any (false) accusations, and if that had happened, then I would have agreed that the road have two directions. For this, they OWE me APOLOGIES !!!

But as you see, instead of publicly apologies, the only thing I get is their affiliates which are hammering my emails with loads and loads of spam offers.

    PlayHunter,

You opened multiple accounts, by accident or intentionally (it does not matter), and the accounts were flagged and closed, just because they were flagged fraud does not mean you committed fraud. You are wasting your time on semantics. You have made many accusations against the program and the AM personally and are arguing in circles. Since you have parted ways, there is nothing more to discuss publicly.

I will still be available to assist you via email if you have any issues in the future and will look into any spam emails you receive.

Please don't make me have to close the thread.

Hi Sergej_AGR, NO, those were accounts we had with CasinoMeister FORUM from where we got banned because of "Multiple Accounts" !

My mother had nothing to do with any of the Affactive Casinos. ALL accounts I had with all of their casinos were registered in my name.

I respectfully request that this thread be closed. I think 7 months of this is enough. We all receive spam on a daily basis from programs all over the world.

I find it strange that Affactive seems to be the only program that spams Playhunter. Sounds to me he's upset because he got caught with multiple accounts.

I find it strange that you have missed the post with number 37 in this thread, where I said I were also receiving spam emails from Casino Rewards and Gold Club, and announced that sooner or later I will open new threads about those too.

Meanwhile I have managed to eradicate spam mails from Club Gold, and regarding Casino Rewards I will make a thread soon.

The simple fact is that you are likely NOT recieving spam from any of the programs mentioned. (but like most spam complaints the wrong parties are accused)

You are likely recieving spam from affiliates promoting casinos of the mentioned programs. I agree spam is bad and I spend a great deal of time each and every month fighting spam.

In addition, the person listed as the sender of the email in MOST cases is also an innocent party, and often is likely also a recipient of the same spam email and was placed on the email you got randomly. (therefore they should not be innocently accused or have their email addresses published on a page that is spidered by even more spam bots, as part of the complaint)

I have personally forwarded spam to Affactive and I think they follow up on the complaints.

I NEVER hesitate to forward spam to Renee when it promotes any Rewards properties and I can guarantee she follows up on the complaints.

I can not personally state as to how Club Gold handles spam complaints, but I have forwarded a few to them here and there.

Most of us agree that spam is bad and that it tarnishes the image of casino marketing, but misrepresenting complaints and accusing the programs of doing the spamming will not fix the problem.

Yes I agree that some programs could do a bit more and maybe even be a bit more proactive in combatting the problem, but many programs do a whole lot more about this issue than many affiliates are willing to give them credit for.

Mr Rick, from the post with number 47 in this thread, I have agreed that it is not helpful for anyone if I post the spam sender, so I stopped doing that.

I only posted the date, and the name of the casino. It is right that the spammers may be their affiliates, but they have to efficiently fight against them.
At this step is where Affactive fails to be strong: they either are unable to stop their affiliate spammers, or they fully allow them to promote via spam !

Regarding Casino Rewards I am sure I will soon open a new thread, I have some outrageous facts in their tactics to show to the people on the net !

Regarding Club Gold, they was awful spammers too, but I have taken the right steps and I could stop them .. not any spam in 3 months at least .. !

Correct, and forwading the spam to the affiliate departments so they may figure out who the spammer is by figuring out the affid in the spam can be effective, but by posting a thread all you have done is copy and paste the spam to a different location.

Now, if given all the proper information the spam continues from the same affiliate, then more drastic measures are sometimes needed.

From the post with number 51 in this thread I confirmed I will continue to forward spam emails ONLY to Mr. Rick from Affactive who was recommended to me by Casino Deal community, and who has proved to be way more efficient than both Mr. Daniel and Mr. Anthony in eradicating the spam I got.

I think Mr. Daniel can confirm that he has a team mate named Rick. - As I said, I will continue to work only with that person. Last spam I received was on 9 June 2011. If I will be getting any more spam, I will post the date and the name of the casino, then forward it. And I will refrain to make insults.

Leaving aside the spam problem, yesterday I have forwarded to Mr. Anthony the ORIGINAL (not-edited) chat log. He initially said that I was giving the support a wrong email address and that was why their customer support was unable to find my account on 8 July 2011, and so advised me to register a new account at WinPalace which I did. - Well I have double checked, all email addresses provided to the support was written correctly, so this is not changing their incompetence in any way. Later, after I have registered my second account, they have found my first account and told me that my first account will remain inactive and there will be no problem at all because I can continue playing with the second account I have just registered. On the first account I took a no deposit bonus, but on the second one I DID NOT took any bonus even if it was offered to me !!!

But again, I have also explained to Mr. Anthony: Mr. Daniel said that the problem which caused my ban into the Affactive group was the fact that seems I have registered a 3rd account at WinPalace on which I also took a (no deposit) bonus, AFTER the 8 July 2011 ! (in September 2011)

I STRONGLY DENY having registered another account AFTER the date of 8 July 2011 ! - All I am asking is Mr. Daniel to make public that evidence !!!

And even if that is true, I should only be banned at WinPalace, and not in the whole Affactive group
, because nowhere on the casino pages is said nothing about how they would be part of a group of casinos such as Affactive, it is not even written the word Affactive on their website(s). The only place from where you can find about Affactive group of casinos is on forums and on Affactive official website. - Well this is not the same as having this information stated on each casino website in part which would be fair enough to call for a ban in the whole group if someone tried to cheat.

    More than that,
what if Affactive will acquire Club Word Casinos for example, I will be banned from there too ?? - Come on, this is just ridiculous !

And since Affactive do not owe me any money, and they have the right to choose their customers, I agree that they could cut off my business with them in the whole Affactive group of casinos. BUT I think that anyone can agree that they could take this action without any false and slanderous accusations on my person. They could have simply said: you are not accused by anything, but we do not want you as our customer anymore.

Well, they did not did that and did not went on a polite way, this is why I accuse them of non professionalism and I am demanding their apologies.

I'm not sure what made me read this thread today, but I'm glad I did.

If you are receiving spam containing one of our brands, you need to forward the spam to me.
Without that, I can't do anything to help you.

    Cheers

When you use a translator, the grammar is wrong.. I am sure you did not mean to insult... as you said back a few posts that you were done insulting people here.

You know playhunter I actually agree with you. But your attitude and insults have driven away anyone that might be in a position to help.

I vote this thread gets closed...
