Exclamation Affiliate Club - Terms Reversal!

    Hello Everyone!

Identical Thread: AffiliateClub Thread at AGD

Good News! The Terms and Conditions at Affiliate Club will soon be changed and the 'Minimum Player Rule' removed! This change is slated to go into effect on April 14th (Tuesday) and will be alerted by AGD's TAS (Terms Alerting System) upon update.

We have been in discussions with Chris (Affiliate Manager, Affiliate Club) since the beginning in regards to the 'Minimum Player Rule' introduced into the T&C's.

Chris has done exactly what a quality affiliate manager should do - look out for affiliates. His dedication to the reversal of this term is truly unparalleled from our previous experience. Daily and weekly updates have come to AGD in regards to the possible reversal of this term and we are very happy to note that the change is finally here.

AffiliateClub.com has decided to reverse the new terms in their Terms & Conditions – this will be changed on the website next Tuesday.

Despite intentions being good, we have listened to all our affiliates’ opinions/suggestions/views and decided to go back to our original terms.

We truly value the contribution from our affiliates and we need their support and input in order to offer the best service we can possibly offer.

From our side, this matter is now closed and we look forward to a long and prosperous working relationship going forward.

To conclude, the new term hasn’t actually affected anyone’s commission as we have paid all affiliates for the month of March.

Any questions/comments, please feel free to contact your Account Manager or info@affiliateclub.com.

    The AffiliateClub.com Team

We will change them physically on the site on Tuesday (as it’s Easter and key people are on holiday).

    Kind Regards & Happy Holidays,

    Chris

Again - I have to say thank you to Chris, who's dedication to the reversal of this issue made the difference here.

Thanks guys... It's a group effort, IMO. Affiliates are the driving force and this shows that our collective efforts can pay off.

I will make the announcement once their terms change comes back - Once that announcement is made, then I will start putting their banners up again (not until it is official, though).

    Thanks again.

However, some says that the number of casino affiliates is geometrically increasing and resulting to tight competition with other program managers.

Though the no minimum player policy is one way of responding to this possible crisis for affiliates, can we still collect enough players for our sponsor casinos?

The official terms alert came through... sorry I had forgotten to update this thread, but you can see the terms alert at:

    http://www.affiliateguarddog.com/ter...ffiliate-club/

It shows all changes made to the terms including the reversal of the predatory terms we were all upset over. Thanks Affiliate Club!

Thanks Eric for that - expect that money in your account next week HA HA

In all seriousness, I am happy the terms have been reversed and I only want what's best for affiliates.

I think it's no coincidence we got voted CAP Overall Affiliate Program of the year and shows our dedication to working with our affiliates.

If anyone has any questions/queries etc, please feel free to contact me.

If you are going to AAC and want to meet, please let me know.

Have a good weekend guys, thanks
