Affiliate Cruise - Great CPA - STAY AWAY!

Affiliate Cruise pay 200EU CPA but you will never get money from them!
They just notify me that after sending them 2 funded casino players they found that they are fraud players.
in 4 years expirence in the gaming industry I never heard of such case - 2 out of 2 being fraus...
don't do business with them - you will only loose money.

I am working with them for a while now and never had this problem.
Every month They Pay me on time and we have pretty good communication also.

Anyone else having the same problems?

Hard to convert for me, but payments on time and a very good communication.
Maybe stay away from CPA deals, makes more happy!

First post, complaining about a $ 200 CPA after 2 players. If I had to put my money somewhere, I would put it on "there's something with those 2 players".

No bad experiences with Cruise. It's kind of a chaos the way they communicate (more affiliate managers, offering different deals, mailing while I am already working with them, one manager cancels a deal that another just proposed, etc), but they're legit.

I've done ok with them. They pay on time. Took a bit of time but in the past few months I've had decent commissions.

We have no problems with affiliate cruise, they pay on time every month and honour the deals.

Also, as posted above we replied on AGD.

We are currently launching our second brand on the back of a new CMS and our own processing which is so far, touch wood, working very well. At this point we are seeing conversions from Reg to FTD of above 50%. Cruise will be moving over to the new CMS and processing ASAP. The notice of the new brand launch will go out sometime this week. I think they are right , and i believe that those 2 players are rogue . A lot of casinos know very well how to identify fraud players (affiliates) ...
and this will always happen on high cpa deals ....

How are Affiliate Cruise casinos doing for the rest of you?
I don't like the numbers I get...it's almost to bad to be legit.

My commission so far is 5,5% of the total depositing amount from my players. Very low since my RS deal is about 45%-50%.
Anyone else in the same boat?

Same here. Poor conversion, terrible retention. Communication is chaotic. They offered an exclusive bonus and when everything was live, they suddenly changed the bonus. Like I have nothing else to do than changing their bonus offers.

Too bad to be legit, I don't know. Many brands perform like this. It's no super casino. Just some 13-in-a-dozen white label product.

Since my last post from November it turns in a very well direction for me. Still communication is super responsive and player value is growing.
Ytd: i need 13 visits for a free signup and 4 signups for a FTD.
