    Martyn, can you confirm those payments went out as it was some hours ago when you said payments we going out as you spoke, but mines are still pending? Slightly worrying.

    Sorry Martyn, please ignore my last thread. The commissions hit my account today, so thanks for sorting that out for me. Appreciated. They still say pending in my Affiliate Edge account though, so you might want to update those.

    I had no doubt it was going to hit.

    Sometimes things happen in this industry that can delay things, payments being one of them. When you first started earning you hit just before Skrill went down. You got one payment (on time) by that payment method then things changed with them, they prevented us from sending money claiming that our account wasn't set up correctly and we need to fix that. As far as we knew at that time it would be a quick fix, hence the delay with Skrill payments and the more recent request to change details from Skrill or Neteller. This is in order to get payments out on time for our affiliates. On top of that we've gone through a transition over the Xmas period which has delayed Novembers wire payments by 1 month.

    I still think there is an issue with your emails either you getting ours or us getting yours. Did you get my last one dated 13/01/2017? I haven't seen a reply yet confirming. If you're not getting it, it would explain a lot of the support issues you're having with us.

    Regards the pending payment status in your AE admin, this is a manual process and it's updated once I receive the full confirmation of the list of commissions that are paid. So it's normal for this to show as pending for a short time after the payments have been sent. That should be changing today.

    I'm also going to speak to our IT guys to see if there is anything that might block your emails coming in. I know we've received some but I'm not sure about all? I'd rather it get checked out. If you can also check that our emails are not going to spam and that we're whitelisted on your side to ensure any future communication is received.
