    slrsy.

    don't try to bullshit us.
    we know what you are
and you know what you are.

    Get the **** outta here.
    You clearly missed the point.

We never claimed casinos can never request KYC. Any licensed casino can request verification depending on withdrawal size, source-of-funds checks, country restrictions, risk triggers, suspicious activity, or operator policy.
What we are doing is documenting the actual user experience:

    • Which casinos require ID upfront
    • Which usually allow smaller withdrawals without KYC
    • Withdrawal speed
    • Real withdrawal tests
    • Common KYC triggers

Thousands of players are specifically searching for this information because many are frustrated with surprise verification requests after depositing or winning. We also run social groups with thousands of members where this topic comes up constantly.
Are you seriously saying KYC risk is not a real issue for players? Just look at the amount of searches around terms like:

    • “casino no KYC”
    • “withdraw without verification”
    • “KYC risk”
    • “crypto casino no ID”

People search these topics every day because it directly affects whether they can access their money smoothly.

Our site is only one month old and still improving, but the goal is transparency — not pretending KYC laws do not exist.

If you have constructive feedback for a new site, feel free to share it. If not, there is probably no reason to continue this discussion.
    Best regards,
    Dan

you are targeting problem gamblers.. you even mention that the casinos you shill are a way around gamstop exclusion.

    from your own website.

"no UK bank sees a gambling transaction. No mandatory affordability declarations, no GamStop automatic exclusion, and no source of funds requests. Crypto payouts are instant."

who needs know these details -unless they are excluded problem gamblers? (or unless you put it there to attract problem gamblers via "SEO")

I understand the criticism, and I can see why that wording raised concerns.

To be clear, the site is aimed at users interested in crypto gambling platforms generally — not vulnerable or self-excluded individuals specifically. We are not encouraging irresponsible gambling behavior.

We have multiple responsible gambling disclaimers on the site, and all partners listed are licensed operators. The site is still very new, which is exactly why we posted it here for feedback and reviews in the first place.'

I’ll bring the wording internally to the team and we’ll review it accordingly.

    Best regards,
    Dan

    More BS dan

eg "MetaWin is licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Board (Comoros)" the dogs on the street know that this "license" can be bought for ~18k and is worth nothing - just there to falsely reassure consumers that they are protected in some way if things go south.

    clearly.

You’re entitled to your opinion on offshore licensing standards, but that still doesn’t change what the site actually does.

We don’t present offshore licenses as equivalent to UKGC regulation, and nowhere do we claim users receive the same protections as domestically regulated UK operators.

The purpose of the site is transparency around crypto gambling platforms — including KYC practices, payout speed, restrictions, licensing jurisdiction, and real withdrawal experiences — because those are the exact factors users compare before using any platform.

We are also listing the licenses specifically so users can see exactly which jurisdiction an operator is licensed under. If someone personally cares more about the licensing jurisdiction than the actual functionality of the platform itself, they can review that information directly and make their own decision.

You may not personally value certain offshore licenses, and that’s your opinion, but these are still licensed operators operating under their respective jurisdictions.

Realistically, most users care far more about whether withdrawals are actually paid, how fast support responds, how verification works in practice, and whether a platform functions reliably, than simply reading the licensing jurisdiction on paper.

That’s exactly why we test deposits, withdrawals, verification flows, and overall platform functionality ourselves instead of reposting generic affiliate marketing claims.

Licensing information is still disclosed transparently, but real-world user experience matters as well.

And yes, we do test the platforms ourselves continuously — deposits, withdrawals, support response, limits and general process — then update reviews as policies change.

The goal is to build something more transparent than the typical AI-generated casino review sites that just copy the same claims everywhere.
    Hi,

That did not answer my comment about the no-KYC claim in the Stake review where this is mentioned on your website:
Stake requires only an email address to register. You can deposit any supported cryptocurrency and start betting within seconds — minimal upfront ID at sign-up. Withdrawals are processed with minimal documentation at standard account activity levels — KYC may be requested at operator discretion.

In 6 months of continuous testing, we made 47 withdrawal requests totaling over 2.5 BTC equivalent across BTC, ETH, and USDT. Every single withdrawal was processed in under 8 minutes with zero requests for identity documents. This is the gold standard for no-KYC payout reliability in our entire database.
You mention in this thread that your site was launched 1 month ago, and the testing was over a 6 months period. As mentioned in my previous comment here, this is clearly not correct that Stake is no-KYC as you would had to go through KYC level 2 to be able to deposit on the site, all users got this info on email in 2024 and if KYC was not done before 31st Dec 2024, you would be put in withdrawal-only mode.

I have over $1.3M wagered on Stake since 2022, so I know what im talking about and I even got some $ for completing the KYC lvl 2 (ID & proof of address)

Anyways, provide correct info to your visitors if you want to build something more "transparent", as of now; your site isn't.

Another note; on your "About" page it says founded in 2022, what is correct? 2022 or 2026?

    Hey Dan,

Welcome to GPWA! BetWithoutKYC looks like a solid niche, the no KYC and crypto angle is definitely gaining traction and there's a real audience for it.

A few things that might help you get the most out of the community here:

    - Make sure your site has a clear "About" page and editorial policy — reviewers and partners respond well to transparency.
    - Engage in the forums early, even just by sharing insights from your niche. The crypto/no KYC space moves fast and your knowledge will be valued.
    - The affiliate program listings and feedback threads are a great place to start building relationships with operators who are crypto-friendly.

Happy to help where I can. Good luck with the platform!
