Please tell us a little bit about yourself. Where are you from and where did you grow up?
I was born and raised in a small town on the coast of South Africa. Growing up with a twin brother forced me to be competitive, every waking moment we found ourselves competing over anything and everything. The competitive mindset is something that has followed me into my career and has allowed me to keep up in this fast-paced industry.
What sparked your interest in the iGaming affiliate industry?
It all started with my interest in cryptocurrency, after just holding crypto for a while I began to wonder what else I could do with it. After doing some research, I discovered online gambling and crypto gambling. A few months of perpetual losses went by, so I decided if you can’t beat them join them. I reached out to a number of brands looking to join as an affiliate manager, and that’s how it all started.
What aspects of your role at BC.Game Affiliates energize and excite you the most?
The most exciting part for me is attending conferences, meeting all the partners I work with face to face. It establishes important relationships and creates a more organic environment for creating long-lasting partnerships between operator and affiliate.
Could you walk us through a typical day in your role?
The first thing I do when I log on in the morning is analyze the performance of the partners in my network. It’s essential to stay on top of how campaigns are performing and understand the traffic flow for each day. Researching new partners, testing new traffic sources and finding websites that are currently ranking well is also absolutely necessary.
The most challenging part of being an affiliate manager would have to be time management. I'm sure you can relate to juggling calls and responding to messages or emails promptly.

Given BC.Game's strong commitment to the crypto space, are there any plans to further integrate blockchain technology or explore additional use cases for $BC beyond the platform itself?
Absolutely, BC.Game has used its extensive knowledge of the crypto space to develop a token that is truly versatile. Liquidity mining and liquidity bootstrapping pools will be essential in the marketplace for $BC. Community drops are another exciting feature of the token, 20% of the token supply will be dedicated to community development. Early supporters and active users will be rewarded with airdrops and incentive programs.
At the same time, BC.Game also announced a partnership with English Premier League Club Leicester City Football Club, becoming the club’s “Official Principal Partner.” Beyond brand exposure, what strategic initiatives will BC.Game implement to leverage this partnership and create meaningful connections with football fans and potential users?
Becoming the “Official Principal Partner” for Leicester City Football Club is a huge milestone for BC.Game. Exposure is the main goal of the partnership but we have formulated a number of strategies to connect with fans and attract new users. BC.Game will offer exclusive promotions and bonuses tied to Leicester City events and run fan engagement campaigns with contests and giveaways. Sponsoring match-day activities and creating in-stadium promotions is also a strategy we will utilize. Joint marketing efforts and themed features on the LCFC platform are going to attract both football fans and new users.
What tools and resources do BC.Game Affiliates provide to empower its partners in attracting and retaining players?
The affiliate department at BC.Game has a team of dedicated managers who always strive to personalize the experience for each individual partner. We offer our partners flexible commission structures which is something you don’t really see among other brands. This flexibility allows us to tailor our program to suit the needs of our partners.
As managers we ensure that the partners are assisted every step of the way, whether it be setting up post backs, creating banners or adjusting campaigns to improve conversions, we are always ready to assist.
In your experience, what are the essential elements that help create a thriving and sustainable partnership between affiliates and affiliate programs?
Communication and transparency are the most important factors when trying to establish healthy partnerships. Exchanging messages doesn’t always have to be about business, it’s important to let the affiliates know that we care and any request will be answered, no matter how big or small. Offering an affiliate platform that is transparent is essential too; it develops trust and clarity for both operator and affiliate.
What do you know about the iGaming affiliate industry now that you wish you knew when you just got started?
I wish I had a better understanding of how long it takes for a partnership to become fruitful. I would judge a campaign by the performance in a calendar month, it’s necessary but it’s not always the most accurate indicator of what you can expect in the following month. When it comes to the iGaming industry, anything can happen at any time, a player that’s been winning for months can lose out of nowhere.
What are your hobbies? What are you doing when you aren't working?
When I’m not behind the laptop, I try to get to the skatepark as much as possible. I’ve been skateboarding my whole life. It helps me to escape and alleviate any of the stresses that have built up throughout the day.
During winter here in South Africa, FIFA is pretty much the only game I play.
Do you gamble?
I gamble here and there, it’s definitely not a daily occurrence. I exclusively play at BC.Game, I can’t imagine gambling anywhere else. At the moment, I am really enjoying crash and Keno, I don’t have to be too invested but it can still get very exciting.
As a child, what career aspirations did you have? How have your dreams and ambitions evolved over time?
Growing up, I always dreamt of being a pilot, however, my performance in high school derailed that dream. I have always been a people person, so I decided to play to my strengths and try affiliate marketing. Now, I can’t see myself doing anything else. The main goal right now is to help BC.Game in any way I can, to become the best online casino in the world.
Name a book that you consider a “must read” and explain why.
“Alone: The Search For Brett Archibald” by Brett Archibald. It’s an incredible story about a man falling overboard during a storm in remote Indonesian waters. It’s a true story which really solidified the fact that everyday there are ordinary people achieving extraordinary feats.
If you could have dinner with three people, living or deceased, who would they be?
Joe Rogan would definitely be my first pick, that’s guaranteed to be an interesting experience. Secondly, I’d choose Napoleon, I’m sure he would have some amazing stories to share. Finally, Kobe Bryant, purely so I could get an understanding of the “Mamba Mentality.”
Name one thing that people reading this magazine don’t know about you.
I’m South African, but I can’t stand watching rugby.
