There will probably be several of the lottery firms that sell online tickets that will cover the Irish lottery, and hence it's a fair bet that their affiliate programs will allow you to market.

You'll probably want to research first and try to identify those operators that are less likely to be turning you over.

I'd probably start with a well known UK one like Lottoland. Just search 'Lottoland affiliate program' and the link will come up very near the top in search results. I already looked and they do seem to cover the Irish Lottery. But note I personally don't have any experience with them, so extra research is needed.

A more intensive way to do it would be to search something like 'buy Irish Lottery tickets online', look through the results, identify the affiliate sites in those results, then see who they are presenting as solutions.

It'll be a pretty safe bet that any affiliate site you see will only have prominent offers for operators with whom they have some form of affiliate relationship (not exclusively, not all the time, but highly likely).

If you identify high performing sites that all seem to be consistently pushing the same operators, then you at least have some form of marker that they are earning money from those relationships. But obviously don't trust everything you see.

It could become an interesting channel but don't know of any contacts with lottery sites. It should be easy but can't think of where you would buy a lottery ticket online. Many lotteries in the world are controlled by governing bodies and they don't seem to like the idea of competition.

Possibly not in South America, but you can buy lottery tickets online (for dozens, if not hundreds, of different lotteries) through several online operators. The one I mentioned - Lottoland - is a good example. But there are plenty more that are easy to find. Some may even be found in the GPWA directory (see the main menu).

necroing the thread, but you in fact can't. As far as I know anyways. Most of the lotteries sold online don't sell tickets to the actual lotto games (not counting the official sites, and those are only for in-country), but rather some sort of insurance ticket. It's more like you're betting that your numbers come up, but it's not connected to the actual lotto.

    Stated very well IMO.

However, my guess is almost 100% of people that buy a ticket this way assume they are buying actual tickets.

In the US it is in fact illegal to even mail a lottery ticket, the USPS considers it a nonmailable item.
