Just update: fanduel is great affiliate programme, converting much better than sportsbooks on regular sports websites for US traffic. Question is the reveneue, which will be lower for FS player than bettor, but even with that it looks promising.

Ha! just went to check out Fanduel and saw this on their site ... front and centre of their main page

Just around the corner? The season is 9 games in! WTF?
If I saw that on an affiliate site I'd realise it is not being updated very often.
Interesting thread to wade through. Allan from Income Access makes some good comments but this from his opener: "It’s no secret that many ‘rogue’ operators openly and enthusiastically accept US players, with few serious consequences," would have people believing Income Access does not deal with these "rogues" yet IA software is used by a non-USA licensed operator facing the USA market. I am sure Allan would not actually describe this firm as rogue, as in my view they run a very good ship. Perhaps careful how you label operators when you are playing on both sides of the regulatory fence.
Sherlock too makes some valid points I think - affiliates are expected to ditch honest and trusted operators who are actually licensed for their operations (just not by US authorities) in favour of new companies who may not know how to make money in this business and may in time actually prove to be dishonest (as some are in other regulated territories like the UK, just look at the current 888 thread on this forum to get an idea of what I mean).
Maybe affiliates should take a leaf out of Income Access's book and play both sides of the game: keep your websites promoting the offshore books and start new ones solely for "regulated" firms. Affiliates have already got themselves in trouble if they mix the two on one website.
I am stunned how great is fanduel. So I startd with draftkings as well and I am stunned as well. The same creatives and placements that make tens of registrations/day bring me zero at Draftkings.
I do not understand this niche but the product seems to be the same, landing pages as well. There is something very weird with draftkings. I will not go deeper and solving it, because I just started to promote them. So I will simply stop.

Gave Fanduel a go - nothing tangible yet.
Lots of clicks - no players.
update:even draftkings started to convert at good rate, but it seems the stats of conversions were/are somehow shifted in time
i will give them 2nd chance
