You know what was said, there is reference to it in this thread and you have been informed by other means and anyway some of the name calling on here not only totally derailed this thread but also undermines the GPWA.

In addition the whole attitude towards transparancy has become the overiding determining factor on the GPWA and that has created a blinkered view of what is actually being said.

But you have made your decision and it is now ones own choice how they react in light of that decision.

Just a thought guys, however, the lowest parts of this thread have been down to a non private member and in the main the private membership has acted with mostly dignity and not stooped to the low levels shown by the outsider.

Things did get a little out of hand, however, all things considered i think that yet again the "private membership" deserves a medal for its temperament under these circumstances! :clap:

Well, I don't think the civilized should abandon their civilized principles when dealing with the uncivilized. But neither to I believe the uncivilized should receive a free pass to act in an uncivilized fashion.

I do think there are lessons to be learned from this thread. And I think there will be disucssions and action items agreed in the private GPWA forums about how we can do a better job in the future of responding more quickly to situations like this thread where things went to a place that should never be allowed in these forums.

The intentions behind posting this thread was never to try to get that tiny amount of money back, but instead to warn others of you. I did not post the amount in which we agreed because the amount is very insignificant and I did not want to make that amount the main topic of this discussion.

I have detailed email records of when we have tried to email you and YOU are the one that doesn't respond. It's funny how you responded now after this post was made, but for you to claim that it was you that has been wronged is just ridiculous. Jason emailed you on June 15th and after a week of not getting a reply, I emailed you on June 22nd at 11:31 AM PST, to ask if you had gotten the email, but still no reply. This is not the first time that you have taken an inordinate amount of time to reply and this time you didn't reply at all.

On June 16th, you were on msn and I didn't msg you because I wanted to see if you would reply to the email. You obviously got the email as you finally replied to it today (June 28th). If you would have replied to our emails in the first place, do you think I would've have posted? How much patience do you expect from us? The deal was set at the beginning of Feb, it's now the end of June..... FIVE months.

As for you calling me an "idiot". I know in my heart and in my mind that I've always been professional when speaking to you during my emails to you about our situation. This is possibly the third time that you have said that there will be no reply.

Of course everyone shown or accused of being rogue would want a thread like this to be removed.

My suggestion to you would not be to shout the odds and try to set the rules, however, i would suggest the resolution of the issues be done in the open.

Once the resolution is completed i am sure that the GPWA would have no issue in adding the words "resolved" to the title.

Try to see this in everyones eyes, its a mess and not a nice situation, however, you did not help the route of the thread at most times.

The sight of resolved in the title will give everyone the chance to make their own decision on the whole situation.

The person who started this thread does not have the ability to delete or otherwise remove this thread. If you belive there is material disclosed in this thread that violates a confidentiality agreement then you should provide me with appropriate material to demonstrate that is the case, and I will determine the appropriate action to take in response given the legal obligations of the GPWA.

Please be aware that the existence and terms of a contract are not appropriately considered confidential unless both parties have entered into an agreement that stipulates that is the case. And if you are party to such a agreement in this case, then the act of revealing finer details such as the amount of the contract, might be viewed as more serious contract violations than more general information about the relationship.

Unless this post and thread are removed I will weigh up the amount of damage we will lose because of this statement and take any potential loss off the amount owed. You can either like it or lump it.

But what i will do, that is promote respected casinos on our site, If a casino chooses not to deal with us based on this information here then they aren't really worth promoting to begin with. The internet is a very large world, And this area and people in it are only 10% of the gambling industry.

In future i would advise Jet Set Marketing if they enter into an agreement, Get a signed one. Either of us at this stage could add our own terms and no one would be the wiser. it is a lesson i have learn't and one that won't be repeated.

Jason responded saying they have said nothing about Slander, To label someone a scam Artist is, Just because an agreement is KEPT to or was un-able to be completed does not make it a scam.

We have right the way through this ordeal said we owe the money and when we were able to pay it back. At this stage we are not in a position to do so, I have advised JASON from Jet Set Marketing that we will try and get this paid over the next 3 months. We will correspond with them and THEM only if we are un-able to meet this target.

If i was scamming people i would simple not give a **** about what anyone said here, But I DO. And i will try and rectify it.

Seriously if this was not such bad unethical behaviour it would be funny but regardless google will pick this thread up and many casinos will see this and so the only person you are damanging is yourself.

That said i hope jetset explore all avenues open to them including using your admissions on here as proof that you do indeed owe them the money and that they continue to seek the money owed that you are witholding.

You seem to be so focused on me saying i dont owe the money, Clear your head a little and here my words. If Jet Set dont cost us any loss then they will receive there money as discussed with them in a private email.

If you really want to look at the big picture LAWS based on gambling and contracts made outside any country other than your own are classed as a civil matter not criminal. This has not been a case of theft or scamming. it has been a simple case of site problems, Not being able to afford to pay this money back.

I have said they will get it, providing we dont lose revenue or business dealings because of this thread. That is why i suggested it be removed. If it is not then they will be waiting longer for there money.

End of the day if someone doesn't have it to pay back there isn't alot that can be done. i earn money from my website and by trashing it they are in turn destroying any chance of me being able to pay them back.

GPWA has changed so much from when it was first started. At one time none of this would have been allowed.

I have made an arrangement with Jason from Jet Set Marketing and he will report an update if this arrangement is not kept to.

I do not really care what ex-staff have to say the were let go for a reason and we stand by that decision. If casinos choose not to have there banners on our site. No loss to us it is costing them by losing the potential traffic we generate.

We do not do media buys anymore for this sole reason of not being able to Guarantee. We work solely on Rev Share now. That way we as the casino are protected.

End Of Story

If you dont like our site stay away we do not care, All i care about is offering the best promotions I can to our members. That is it.

Sometimes it takes me a while to see the whole picture and I should think before posting. We have come to a mutual agreement and one that we both will be happy with.

As for other comments about me, I think its best I do not respond to anyone as I seem to dig myself deeper than I am. All I can say is this is a very strong lesson for myself as well, To be careful who you bring on as staff.

We have a great team now all of you know it is Dolphsldy and Andy and we plan on re-vamping our site with alot of changes. Regardless of what people say we will continue to do the best we can and promote honest upstanding casinos.

I apologize more so to Lori as my anger got away with me while i was posting. That will never happen again.

To ex-staff and you all know who you are, I owe you no explanation nor do i care for your comments. Regardless of what you say or think we try to do our best for OUR members. The people that really matter.
