Some yes, some no. But all translations are guaranteed or we will re-translate with a different translator.

Good questions... I am unsure how you would know for certain except that it is backed by AGD and I can assure you that all translators are real people being paid real money If at any time, someone says the translation is not good, let me know and we will make it right.

Rates are very dependent (upon language/translator), so it is not something that I can 'quote', unfortunately

Translaters are native, yes, and some have gaming experience for translations. For bulk quotes, I can certainly work up a specific quote with a discount and show you that discount. Just let me know what you are looking for and I'll help out.

For typical orders, users upload their documents and receive an immediate quote from the system. Each quote is dependent upon language and available translators.

damm thats a good point that several times held me from translating stuff.

Maybe a team should proof read in native language just to make sure, its easy and fast to proof read even without the original because some stuff just scratches your ears. at least in the more exotic languages, chinese, russian, and on the more grammar based languages like german, italian, french and portuguese. this would cover the chance one buys a translation that is not 100% appealing from the user point of view... my 2 cents anyway

I have no problem with the criticism We have project managers for every translation job that ensures the translations are completed accurately. However - the majority of our translators have experience in the industry. I am just not one to come out and say they ALL do because that is not the case.

This is why we have a project management group to oversee all translations and ensure that the translations are done on time and to perfection for our industry. It is a very important step in our procedures.

I've used the translation service twice now, and both times the service was very good. I would recommend it. The languages I do speak were very well translated. I honestly don't know about the others, but I haven't heard any complaints yet.
