Don't be surprised if the ASA follow in the footsteps of the UKGC and start handing out fines to operators.

Good point you made about being transparent. There absolutely always needs to be complete transparency. Far too many rogue programs stealing commissions.

    Great news!

Btw - LeoVegas are also taking in Sweden same approach with their new bonus which was already approved but they decided to cancel at last minute:

LeoVegas and Expekt have decided to cancel the publication of the new welcome offers planned to take place on Monday, Nov 15h.

We are cancelling our plans to update the welcome offers because we believe that if we prevent a possible bonus war as one of the biggest operators in SE, we will benefit the industry and our partners.

Moreover, it will ultimately show lawmakers that we can regulate our industry.

At the same time, we are not ruling out offering more generous Welcome Offers going forward.
We hope more operators will act similar to us.

Hopefully, this step will be one of many contributions to a more sustainable gambling industry for ourselves and our affiliate partners.

We also want to thank all our partners who have been working hard to prepare for this.
