No offence, but I've had a look and that offer sucks. A player who wins $200 from the free $10 can still only withdraw $10. And if they win less than $200, they can withdraw nothing. I think I'd have difficulty selling that deal somehow...

If a player has managed to get to a minimum payout amount, or bet the amount a required number of times, he should be able to cash out. Either that or don't give away free playing money.

If I recommended my visitors to take this they would be totally annoyed if they tried to cash out $200+ winnings and only got $10. I woudln't put an offer like this to them and they wouldn't trust me again if I did.

I haven't been to look at your casinos yet, but I have to agree with FictionNet here.

If they win from the $10 after playing it thru the required times, let them take everything BUT the $10. Put a minimum cashout amount on it, if you want, of, say, $50.

Yes, there are bonus abusers out there, and we don't want them either. But the majority of gamblers are NOT bonus abusers, and to attract them, you have to give them an honest chance to win. You can't build your rules or business around the minority, if you're trying to market to the majority.

I also agree with Fiction here. I do promote your casinos but I decided not to bother with the $10 offer. I feel it would make people more annoyed than anything. If someone puts the free $10 into play to try your casino out and wins $200, they are probably not going to return when you only let them withdraw $10. Just my opinion.

As far the free $10.00, how hard is it for someone to deposit $20.00 before they put it in play. This insures they just don't want to take you for your money and run.
