    The Gov., telling people what they can and can't do with their OWN (after tax) money. If I was UK citizen, I know where I'd be heading, off-shore.

    Anyone would think they are purposely trying to generate an offshore market, so they can then go and chase fines elsewhere. Its almost as though the UKCC only have their own concerns at interest. All dressed up as "protecting the victim".
