    At the moment i'd say affordability checks are not fit for purpose. Rather then being binned though, it would probably be best for them to find a more suitable and meaningful way to conduct the checks.

    Agree with BillyJoel. Although it has not worked out it would be good to find a better solution for affordability checks.

    Sure, it would be the best for them to find a more suitable and meaningful way to conduct the checks.
